Overall the stay was pleasant. However, the shower needs proper plumbing. I had it fixed on day 3 as it went so bad that water overflowed, but days 5 and 6 it repeated again. Also, I hope slippers could be provided even at a cost. They are not something that can easily be bought in the City of London.

交通非常方便，好近2條underground，所以唔駛行好遠。附近亦都有好多餐廳同便利店，又有supermarket。而且St Paul就係路程都係5分鐘。仲要有間大嘅shopping mall。

整體係可以嘅！但我覺得付要二千幾蚊一晚就有一定嘅要求,浴室內有螞蟻雖然唔多不過都唔太應該！床褥同枕頭都太軟,同時入住嗰一日掀開被就見到有好幾條毛髪......有d核突！既然係services apartment 又有廚房提供,可惜垃圾袋不足入住時亦無向客人指示若真係好多垃圾可扔去邊！

位置十分好，房間夠大！

我對酒店的體驗十分良好，職員服務水準很好，房間設備齊全，價格合理。酒店位置十分方便，距離地鐵站祇需步行數分鐘，附近也有很多食店可提供膳食，鄰近景點也多。

The front desk arrival was unique as it co located with a cute café. The staff was very helpful and our room was perfect for our group (2 couples and 1 child). The neighborhood was clean and convenient for sightseeing. To top it off we had spectacular view from our room on the top floor!

Das Brot zum Frühstück und für die Sandwiches war zu trocken. Anderes Brot wäre besser, ansonsten war es sehr lecker und es gab eine ausreichende Auswahl.

This was a great location!! We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen with washer and dryer! Close to train and several pubs around!!1 block from St Paul’s and hop on and off buses!

The breakfast was very nice. The apartment was lovely, the location was perfect. So close to the Thames and St Paul’s cathedral. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious, lovely decorated and the shampoo/hand wash smelled gorgeous. There was everything we needed including teabags and milk. The balcony was a great addition and multiple bathrooms. The history was lovely and lots of information on this in the room. The beds were super comfy and the bedding very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. The staff were also very friendly

The hotel was amazing. It was larger than I realized, and perfect for mid-trip location. The washer dryer was great. The location had some sketchy street nearby, but others were really nice. Great location with multiple buses, trains and translink (train to train station and airport) nearby. I would definitely stay there again

Staff were exceptional! Very friendly and went above and beyond. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spotless and very spacious and comfortable. Three different tube stops within a couple of blocks so it was very convenient for getting around. The cafe/restaurant below was excelkent

Room was perfect for our family of four. Location was great. Close enough, but far enough away. Would stay at this location again.

Ho soggiornato presso questo appartamento per 3] notti e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso molto positiva. La stanza era in ottime condizioni: pulita, ordinata e con cambio asciugamani quotidiano, un’attenzione che ho apprezzato molto. Gli ambienti risultavano silenziosi e ben curati, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza pensieri. La reception si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile in ogni momento, sia al check-in sia durante la permanenza, fornendo informazioni e supporto con cortesia e rapidità. L’accoglienza è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura. L’unico aspetto su cui vedo margini di miglioramento è la colazione: ampliare la varietà delle proposte—ad esempio con una selezione più ricca di opzioni dolci e salate, frutta fresca e magari qualche prodotto locale—renderebbe l’esperienza ancora più completa.

Spacious and location was great. But overall comfort and overall feel was an empty cold warehouse. I recommend you to find a great interior designer/decorator to help make the rooms feel something besides having a few random pieces of furniture in corners

Das Zimmer und ist schön eingerichtet. Doch leider war es bei unserer Ankunft unbeheizte 5°. Wir schalteten dann die Heizung ein, doch sie lief erst in der 3. Nacht durchgehend. Bei unsere Abreise war das Zimmer dann bei 18° - ok.

Good location, clean and well equipped

The apartment was very clean, in a great location, and the check-in process was smooth. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, and the setup was perfect for families. One area for improvement would be housekeeping—if daily cleaning isn’t provided, it would be helpful to have basic cleaning supplies available in the apartment. Additionally, response times slowed down closer to the weekend, which I assume was due to higher demand, but it’s something to be aware of.
