It would be a satisfactory stay for a budget traveler. The room was small yet clean. It would be better if there were more TV channels and breakfast having more variety (bread, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, cereals, milk, tea, coffee, orange juice provided). Restaurants are nearby and are open till late night.

None of my request was noticed by the hotel, and they do everything exactly opposite of my request which make me very very upset. Hotel is extremely expensive in this quality. Room is extremely tiny. No air-con is a big problem, especially you are facing the back, no wing come in. If you are facing the main street, it will be very noisy, because of lot's of guest of other hotel drinking alcohol downstair (too hot inside hotel), as well as noise of police vehicle & ambulance (dont know if there is a depot nearby). Luggage storage after check-out was handled by a "sister" hotel nearby, but you just leave there yourself in a small rm, and they will not give you a receipt, that mean everyone can go in and get your luggage. The only good thing is close to Paddington Station, but no others.

Fint hotel. Overnattede 2 nætter. Lille værelse med ok senge og bad. Fin lille morgenmadsbuffet, ikke det store udvalg men ok. Rart og venligt personale 😀 Så alt i alt, et super ophold 👍

Good room, excellent TV channel selection.

Huone oli siivottu, joskin kulunut. Kolmen hengen huone oli kellarikerroksessa, mutta huoneessa oli ikkuna porraskäytävään. Sijainti oli erinomainen, kortteli Paddingtonilta, ja aamupala ihan ok.

Clean room, welcoming staff close to station

２人での宿泊には狭めな部屋ですが、この立地でこの価格を考慮すれば良い滞在でした。朝食も種類豊富でおいしかったです。エントランスにフリードリンクがあり助かりました。水場も綺麗でしたので快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方も終始フレンドリーかつ丁寧に接客していただきました。ありがとうございました。

O café da manhã bem basico; excelente localização (a duas quadras da Estação de Paddington). Dessa estação, parte trem direto para o aeroporto de Heathrow. O Heathrow Express e Elizabeth Line.

駅に近く、ハイドパークにも近いので周辺環境は良好。 部屋が狭い。リフォームして部屋や廊下は新しい。洗面台の上部排水口工事不良で洗面台に水を溜められない。洗面台の栓も故障。

This our second stay at Nayland. Welcoming and friendly service as with last stay. The only negative was that our room was tiny this time.

It was better than expected. The staff were kind and friendly and inconspicuous. The room was fine. It was small as you'd expect for the price. But everything worked and was clean. The toilet and shower were spotless. Breakfast was fine, though the room used was too small really.
