Fundamentally this should be a nice apartment, despite the tiny twin room. Living area and kitchen were nice and the main bedroom and the bathroom were both spacious. The main problem was that the toilet flush broke the first time it was used: the button that needed to be pressed got stuck and wouldn’t come back out. So the cistern wouldn’t refill and the toilet couldn’t be flushed. I dialled the contact number and it went to answer phone. I dialled the emergency contact mobile number and that had been diverted back to the landline. I emailed but didn’t get a response until the following day. So our entire 14 hour stay was without a working toilet. Additionally, the apartment stank of cigarette smoke, triggering my asthma. Disappointing.

This apartment is located in a lovely area of Mansfield. From the moment we booked this place we have had great communication with the company. Secure car park and all the amenities for self catering. A great little place. The apartment needs a little TLC in areas but it’s definitely worth its money.
