Clean, airy, well-equipped room with all iron/iron board/ hairdryer/ heater/ aircon... within the room. Full amenities in bathroom as well. Good location, within walking distance to Paddington Station (convenience for those who need to travel by train/ subway/ bus in city (not intercity coach). Friendly and helpful receptionist. They also help store our luggage before check-in. Unfortunately no lift within this hotel (due to the historical site or something), so the staffs help bring our luggage to our room before we coming back for check-in. But it's tiresome for them as well as for us when bringing them down.
