Arrived 15 mins early and was told to go away. The carpet was old and smelly. Didn't want to walk on barefoot. Bathroom was so small in room you have to sit kinda sideway on the toliet. No A/C so only airflow was a standing fan and window that partially opened. It was hot and muggy. Never received any maid service. Found an extra towel for our kid in a random closet in the hall as we did not have enough. Nobody there to help only a phone # and automatic codes to come inside. Just a few steps above a Hostile....

Absolutely Awful Experience – Avoid at All Costs I stayed at this hotel in London and it was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For the entire duration of my stay, no one came to clean the room. The towels were never changed, the bins were overflowing, and the place quickly became unhygienic and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the only way to reach someone for help was through an “emergency contact number” – which is already a red flag. But even that number was almost never available. I called multiple times and either got no response or was sent straight to voicemail. I don’t know how they’re even running a business like this. Totally unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely unacceptable for the price paid. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

Badeværelset var i så dårlig stand, at opholdet var under alt kritik. Det var umuligt at sidde på toiletet da det var bygget op af en mur, så du skal sidde på skå for at være der. Og afløbet i brusebadet virkede ikke, så der løb vand ud på gulvet i Badeværelset og videre ud i værelset, hvor der lå et tæppe som ikke var super rent i forvejen. Jeg har boet på mange billige steder i London, men det her var bunden.

The room was tiny, you could hardly move around. The bathroom was so small that the wall was immediately in front of the toilet so you had to sit on it sideways. I dont consider myslef a large person but maneuvering in the very small shower was difficult. The hot water in the shower only worked if you ran the hot water in the sink at the same time, but then the sink started to overflow. A stain on the one towel they have me. No wash cloth. No A/C or fan in the middle of summer, just a heater. The only upside is the location being right next to London Victoria stations but you are absolutely overpaying for this hotel with price and lack of accommodations.

Nice hotel within walking distance of Victoria station. Room was clean, cosy and quiet. Good value for money too

Not a bad wee hotel! Door lock didn’t work great. The bathroom is so small just an FYI

Everything was fine, slept well. Room wasn't particularly well cleaned - there were a few false nails from a few previous guests on the floor and behind the bed, but I can cope with that like. Lots of tea and coffee facilities - and complimentary bottles of water, but the kettle was really slimy inside so couldn't use it. But all fine, good location, very convenient. The only thing that irked me was the shower. The bathroom is proper tiny, like it's a master craft to even create a bathroom as small as that, so hats off to whoever managed it. You have to have the shower door open to be able to sit on the toilet due to this lol. That doesn't bother me either, but the shower tipped me over the edge. It was either freezing cold or hotter than the sun, no inbetween. Not a great experience, and that alone means I am unlikely to stay here again (though never say never!)

The room was very clean, beds comfortable, and shower hot with good water pressure. The only downside was the thinness of the walls - we could hear everyone coming and going and people speaking in the neighbouring room. The front door was also left ajar every time we came or went, which felt very insecure considering there’s no front desk or staff.

I booked provite bath room but I've got a shared bath room and there is no hot water so I had to take a shower with cold water in 5 days

This was the absolute worst hotel I've stayed in over the last 10 years and I have stayed at some very economical and basic hotels. The bathroom was so small that you could not shut the door and the shower was so small that I had to contort to pick up my razor. I am 5'4" and 140 lbs. The sink leaked all over the bathroom floor and we had to keep a towel down. The room did not smell good at all. The walls, ceiling and floors were dirty. The electric went out and I could not get the hotel to answer the phone or call me back so I called Hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with them either. I called every hour for 7.5 hours until I called Hotels.com. Hotels said I could get another room and they would reimburse me if the hotel confirmed that they should. We had 2 rooms here and 5 ppl. We did not want to move everyone with such little time left so we all stayed in the same room one night :/ The electricity was on the next day without our knowledge. I cannot recommend and my asks are never too much. Customer service never got in touch with me.

Scam hotel! I booked for a room with private bathroom but the hotel gives me shared bath. I complained to both hotel & expedia, the hotel keep denied my booking was private bathroom even I have all booking records. Expedia did nothing to help except telling me that they have follow up with the hotel. No room services during my 4 nights stay, not even toilet paper. Location is unbeatable but false advertisement. Disappointed with Expedia that allow such business to post and let clients fall to the trap.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war absolut schrecklich, und ich würde es niemandem empfehlen. Der Teppichboden war extrem schmutzig, als ob er seit Jahren nicht gereinigt wurde. Im gesamten Gebäude herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch, der an abgestandenen Rauch erinnerte. Die Bettwäsche wirkte unhygienisch, und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass sie nicht frisch gewechselt wurde. Auch die Möbel waren alt, beschädigt und mit Flecken übersät. Insgesamt war der Zustand des Zimmers und der Einrichtung absolut inakzeptabel, und der Aufenthalt eine Zumutung. Dieses Hotel ist definitiv nicht empfehlenswert.

Awful. Avoid. I can't express how terrible this company is - it's a complete basket case. We booked a double room with private bathroom at OYO Lime Grove and received a confirmation of this by email. Weeks later, we checked our booking online to find the details had changed - a double room with shared bathroom at OYO Oban Victoria (apparently the same building with a different name). We phoned and spoke to a very unhelpful person who seemed to be experiencing their first ever phone call. We decided to keep our booking and make the best of it, for practical reasons. The hotel requested that we pay in advance via their online portal and also upload a copy of our passport, which we did. On the day of check in, we received confirmation codes and door entry codes whilst travelling to london. An hour later we received an email (addressed to Julia, whoever she is) saying '...due to some unfortunate circumstances we are unable to accommodate your booking... we've initiated a refund which will reach you in 7 to 14 days..." I phoned them immediately and they were unable to give me a reason for the cancellation. Their website and expedia etc continued to show that they had ample availability, in all of their hotels across central London, at a now higher price. We arrived in London in the dark, but were lucky to find alternative accom'n elsewhere at a similar price. The refund arrived the following morning, but they now have all our details including a copy of our passports.

Me e quedado cada noche en la puerta de el hotel ya que como todo es en línea y trate de contactar al propietario por correo, watss y llamada y nunca respondió, la puerta principal al hotel es por código pero me dieron mal los códigos y nunca pude entrar a no ser que otro huésped entrara y nos abriera entonces en seguridad tampoco buena, dejan pasar a cualquiera sin preguntar. No hay servicio a la habitación y la limpieza deja mucho que desear, las simuladas, camas, toallas de baño tienen un dolor bastante desagradable sin decir que cuando llegamos el baño estaba tapado y al no tener personal de limpieza ni tener resección ps nunca nos solucionaron y nos ellos quedado sin usar el baño la vdd muy mala experiencia y no lo recomiendo para nada

This was a small room but it was clean. I liked how I was able to walk anywhere in London from here, or even take the train that's less than a mile away, give or take.
