酒店佈置活潑，光線明亮，相對巴黎其他酒店，房間算大。前線服務員很友善。交通也很便利。 到地鐵站只需數分鐘步行，附近亦有不少食肆，超級市場，很方便。酒店附有小食吧，每天提供小食和飲品，很貼心。

Good breakfast, clean room and nice, forthcoming staff. Great value for money as well, close to Earl’s Court tube station and many restaurants.

Hotel is well maintained. Comfortable bed and loved the heated bathroom floor. Enought choices for breakfast.

Very affordable stay for a last-minute trip. Easy access to the Earl's Court tube station, which serves the Piccadilly and District Lines, so direct access to Heathrow, and several attractions in the city center. Room was small, but efficiently laid out, and wi-fi was reliable. I needed to do laundry partway through my stay, and there is a self-service laundromat about 3 blocks away near the tube station. Several restaurants nearby as well. The bed was a little uncomfortable (very firm and I could feel some of the coils of the mattress) but I was so tired at the end of each day exploring London on foot, that I still slept fine. I appreciated the location with its proximity to the Tube and several restaurants, but still tucked away on a quiet side street. Would definitely stay here again.

I got one of the small rooms for a single person. Although it was small, it was excellent. What more do you need? A good bed? Nice shower. Very satisfied

Fint og rent bad, litt støvete på rommet og skitne kopper. Ellers var rommet helt greit. Veldig fin beliggenhet, stille gate, men kort å gå til t-banen.

The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully laid out, with all facilities, nice view from the window, total quiet all the time, excellent lift.

The reception staff were friendly, efficient, and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was fine. Tidy and comfortable and the shower was really good. Although the ceiling extractor fan was always on and it was a bit noisy. It would have been better if it had been linked to the bathroom light switch. We stayed on the third floor and the lift didn't work during our whole visit. Breakfast was probably the weakest part, both in terms of variety and quality. Although other options were available, they didn’t have English breakfast tea bags and the coffee was too watery. The savoury food was correct but the cold cuts and pastries didn’t look inviting.

The service at Oliver Plaza is really great. The hotel is comfortable and very conveniently located in a very good neighborhood.

The hotel is in a great location, lovely staff and the room design, although small, was really nice. It felt safe and welcoming. Unfortunately, the single bed was super uncomfortable as it had a big dip in the middle from constant use. The communal ironing board fell apart as I stood it up with one of the legs coming off. The air conditioning smelt awful when turning it on to heat the room up. I would stay again, just not in this room. Feedback provided to reception.

Everything was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful

Clean room, check in and check out process was easy although it can be a little cold with all the machines and just a small front desk. Good proximity to Westminster and Waterloo Station.
