酒店佈置活潑，光線明亮，相對巴黎其他酒店，房間算大。前線服務員很友善。交通也很便利。 到地鐵站只需數分鐘步行，附近亦有不少食肆，超級市場，很方便。酒店附有小食吧，每天提供小食和飲品，很貼心。

Last-minute booking, but the hotel was clean, spacious, and ideally located for dining options, also with easy access to Knightsbridge for shopping/dining. I would happily stay again.

Comfortable beds, pleasant, helpful staff, good breakfast - everything needed for an enjoyable trip. Would certainly stay here again.

Staying at this hotel was like staying in a closet the only reason I stayed here was walking distance to Stamford Bridge and I love the Earl court tube I do not know how this hotel has such great ratings on Expedia no services bar ice machine iron etc. the only nice thing I can say about this hotel was that it was clean and it didn’t matter what time we left our room when we returned the room clean bed made etc…. For what I paid to stay for 6 nights it wasn’t worth it

The room is next to another room and there is a glass door sealing them both from hallway. Everytime other guest opened their door it rattled ours. Room coffee was mediocre. Hotel is very close to tube station and has lots of dining nearby. Very convenient. Staff was friendly.

This is a small refurbished hotel very close to the Earls Court underground, so near to places to eat and drink, but is in a quiet street. The rooms are tight, but there is space for a comfortable bed, small wardrobe and a bathroom. The staff are friendly. I liked the hotel and would stay there again. The room rate is good for London.

I loved this hotel. My room was well appointed, cozily snug, and had a space to stow everything. It was also exceptionally quiet, always a plus in a busy city. I had an accident while in London. The staff was great about keeping me supplied with ice to treat a sprain and a bump on my head. The location is also super convenient—close to the tube, bus lines, and super easy access to Heathrow.

Everything was beyond fantastic! Staff was extremely nice, rooms were exceptionally clean, breakfast offered wide variety and superb quality, and the location was very nice. I will definitely be coming back here next time I'm in London. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Amazing stay…staff was friendly and helpful, room was perfectly efficient for a 7 night stay with a lovely breakfast which included the perfect selection of fresh and delicious offerings. Highly recommended and I will definitely book this hotel fir my next visit to London.
