An well quipped boutique hotel at city center London. Rooms are fairly spacious, staff are really nice and helpful. Location is great, 5mins walk to Convent garden, China Town, Strand, Charing cross etc. Will definitely consider to stay here next time.

一流位置，房間也舒適

前台所有工作人员非常有禮貌，特别是一位叫Angel的香港女員工，值得一赞！分，房間光猛、潔淨、冷氣很好；地點優越，由机場可直接坐Picadailly Line到Leicester Square站再行3分鐘便到酒店！而去Charing Closs地鐵2分鐘內；步行去白金漢宫、大英博物馆和唐人街，也是12-22分鐘，香港人開的酒店，质素一定有保障，下次一定再入住！

Amazing location walking distance from pretty much anything you want to get to. In the theatre district and close to Trafalgar Square and many great restaurants. Area is a little noisy with construction, traffic, etc…but have t been to a major city where there isn’t some of this and it has nothing to do with the hotel. Hotel and rooms were clean and modern. There are good food options within 1 min walk and amazing food options within 15 min walk. Close to all major historical sites which was the purpose of our trip! Can’t do better price for what you get in my very well researched opinion.

The hotel is ideally situated for Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square including theatres, Covent Garden and many Central London site seeing locations. The hotel is close to both Leicester Square & Charing Cross tube stations and key bus routes, it is well presented to the street with a pub, Sainsbury’s and Pret all adjacent. The check-in process was simple and staff were friendly and helpful and although formal check-in time was 3pm we were offered a room as soon as we arrived at 10:30. The hotel general areas were all clean, tidy and well maintained. The hotel room was very modern with quality fixtures and fittings, there were quality tea and coffee plus fridge stocked with free water & Coca Cola and snacks. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable with high quality bedding, a theme throughout the room and bathroom including soaps, shampoo, conditioner , hand cream and even free dental packs. Although the hotel does not have a general breakfast restaurant, the reception area contained a coffee shop offering drinks and savouries together with hot breakfast items all payable locally. Additionally the Kitty Hawk rooftop restaurant offers city views and more formal dining options. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Central London and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Hotel novo e bonito, quarto estava bem limpo. A equipe é muito agradável e prestativa. Localização é ótima. O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas é silencioso e o frigobar é cortesia. Não há café da manhã, mas no lobby do hotel há uma cafeteria, com boas opções.

super emplacement, très central. beaucoup de restos à proximité, petite épicerie à côté. il ne manquait que la machine à café dans la chambre, léger détail!

11/10 experience. Perfectly centrally located hotel. Rooms are well appointed and the staff is so great. As a solo traveler felt very safe. Look forward to staying at this property in the future.

Room spacious, v clean & comfortable. We stayed on a very hot day & the air conditioning was excellent! Soft drinks & snacks provided in room, free of charge too. Great position, just off Trafalgar Square. Recommended!

Lovely stay again.

Pros: The location is excellent and is a great place to explore London from. Multiple tube stations and everything in easy walking distance. The room was basic but clean and comfortable and amazingly very quiet despite the busy location. The staff were all very helpful and polite - I appreciated especially the cleaning staff I met in the hallways who asked when might they clean the room and if I needed anything. Having a coffee shop on the ground floor, a Pret a Manger next door (cheeper better coffee in my opinion!) and a nice rooftop restaurant bar was also convenient. I would choose to stay here again - cost for location is very good. Cons: The location is right next to Trafalgar Square (pro and con!) so at night it can get a bit rowdy outside and late at night there are a fair amount of drunk/unhoused individuals, that being said, security and police presence made it feel safe (for a single female traveler) but I needed to keep my wits about me.

Equipe super atenciosa, com um destaque para Afife (recepção) pela acolhida, indicações de restaurantes, pontos turísticos e formas de transportes. Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de restaurantes, supermercados, pontos turísticos e uma estações de metrô ao lado. Retornando a Londres, será nossa primeira opção.
