Convenient and no hassle

Aside from the fact that the people in the next room were a bit noisy at night, the overall environment, service attitude, and cleanliness were all excellent.

曾有一天停電,酒店未能作出緊急安排,需要在酒店外,等候7小時,而期間沒有任何協助!沒餐飲,沒地方休息,也沒足夠保暖。其他時間,服務及設施都十分理想,希望針對突發情況有所改善!

Too much cost control. Even no bottle water is provided.

Room is big and comfortable but very bad room service, not clear the trash every day, just do it whenever they feel like.

My favorite hotel in London! The staff is incredibly attentive and makes you feel right at home. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. I love taking some time to relax in the swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the comfy beds ensure a great night's sleep.

The rooms too small and dark

Seit bereits zwei Wochen versuchen wir vergessene Kleidung, selbstverständlich auf eigene Kosten, zurückzuerhalten. Ich bin entsetzt über die Orga. Bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich ein Verstauen hinterlegt mit Name, Raum usw. Es erscheint uns, als gäbe es eine Sammelkiste. Absolut ärgerlich und enttäuschend!

The property was not well maintained. The “heated” pool was freezing and not well maintained. The front of house staff were not very warm and welcoming. The breakfast that is £25 per person was atrocious. The coffee machines did not work and most of the food was gone by the time we went. And when I was brought up to the front desk, it was dismissed quickly with no compensation. We had to go next door to a better breakfast to have any kind of substance. The location is nice because it’s close to the Underground/piers/bus stops and Westminster. Although pricey, the room service was very nice. Our room was not cleaned well with clothing stickers on the ceiling and dust all over. The furniture looked like it has been there for 20 years and has a lot of wear and tear. Overall, poor experience. Nice location.

Quite a nice place to sleep in. I do like the breakfast service. Servers were great especially a lady called Irene at the restaurant, she was super awesome.

The property is in a ideal location to access transportation and walking distance to the tourist attractions and shopping.

The hotel is fine but our room was not so great. The shower leaked out water and we had to use numerous towels to avoid slipping or flooding the room. Our bathroom mirror had rust and rot all around it. Our mattresses were paper thin and not comfortable. The TV had no channels and required payment to watch annoying worth while. The automatic blackout blinds were a plus though and very cool. The service staff was also very accommodating!

The property was extremely disappointing. It looked like a large building that had been chopped up into cramped rooms, yet they tried to market it as luxury. My so-called executive suite was tiny, dark, and uncomfortable, with barely any space to move around. Cleaning services weren’t even included — they charged extra for basic housekeeping. On top of that, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with surfaces that didn’t feel properly cleaned, which was extremely distracting and unacceptable for a Hyatt. The “view” was directly into other people’s windows, leaving me no choice but to keep the curtains fully shut the entire stay for privacy. When asked for a more suitable view, they wanted to charge over $600 a night for it. At first, I didn’t complain because I thought maybe it was just me being American and overthinking things, but when I spoke to another guest, they expressed the exact same concerns. The air felt stuffy, and the overall atmosphere was far from relaxing. Even the amenities were misleading, and the property lacked the polish or professionalism you’d expect from this brand. Definitely not worth the price.

Location was walking distance from all attractions which made it easy to get to everywhere needed. Staff were available at all times for any assistance or questions about activities.

El único detalle que les pongo es que deberían especificar desde antes que te harán una retención de 600 euros en mi caso solo me hicieron la retencion por 300 euros ya estando ahí
