Lovely place just down the hill from the North Riding Brew Pub and only 20 min stroll from the Railway station. Comfortable and quiet. Good value. Would return.

Very enjoyable 2 night stay. Great location opposite Peasholm park, 5 minutes from North Bay sea front and other attractions. 10 minutes walk to castle and town. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Very nice.

Really enjoyed our stay although rooms are little chilly in evening, bath towels need to be bath sheets but other than that excellent would recommend to anyone

Stayed for a concert at the open air stadium - location of the guest house is ideal for this.

Nice place, nice people. Located next to Peasholm Park - excellent location. Through the park is the North Bay/beach. Open top bus takes you all along the front to the town centre and South Bay.

Excellent building rooms fitted out with lots of storage lovely dining room good choice of breakfast excellent full breakfast only down side was the mattress was very soft and a bit uncomfortable for me .
The owners Simon and Siobhan are very nice people will go out of their way for you hope to visit soon.
