房間非常之細 沒有空間坐 空氣調節非常差 唯獨浴室清潔乾淨 交通都算方便

The hotel has a good location, convenient transportation, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms, but the space can be bigger.

It was clean and tidy. With this price nothing to complain about. The only problem that I get is my room was in basement and every morning around 6 o'clock, there is a noise of drawer open and close or door. The noise continue till 8 something

Great for a quick solo trip. If anything else, rooms would be way too small

I love this hotel

The property is well maintained and very clean. We had a room with one bed. The room was small, but modern and clean so we managed well.

This property is so convenient because it is close to a lot of restaurants and major tube lines with a direct line to Heathrow Airport. The staff ws great too--friendly, helpful and professional. The only problem I had was the room was very small, but I guess this is true of most of the hotels of this kind and price range in London.

Had a comfortable stay, clean room and bathroom. Accessible to the underground transport and one stop train to Heathrow terminals. Friendly, helpful and obliging staff. I think the room is quite small for the price we had to pay. A small kettle would be nice in the room.

Everyday cleaning service was something i missed.
