no air con, living in high floor the hot/cold water is not even may be due to water pressure.

There were ants crawling along the window when room 609 was first assigned to us. The staff at the reception were super nice and immediately arranged another room (372) for us when I told them about the situation. 372 was no better since dirt & dust were found everywhere. Several hair could also be found on the quilt and bedsheet. Inside the bathroom, the position of the sink was high. Water could easily be spilled out onto the floor when brushing the teeth and washing the face. About the bathtub, anyone would expect warm water would come out from the pipe when the hot water and the cold water taps were turned on together, but the actual result was hot water came out from the left side of the pipe while cold water came out from the right side of the pipe. The shower head was fixed on the wall which was most inconvenient for washing the hair and the body. For breakfast, the first day was quite good, including the food, the service and the environment. However, on next day, we were first lead by the waitress to a table under which on the floor there was a used napkin. There were also bread crumbles on the table. For the food, tomatoes were overcooked and bacons were sticked together. Although the staff are nice, I don’t recommend staying in this hotel as it didn’t worth the money I paid.

What i liked about the property is the location. Very convenient to everything. Nice, fancy restaurant are within walking distance. All transportation are easily accessible. Surrounding feels safe and staff are friendly.

Was ok, room clean and had everything needed. Staff great and friendly. The down sode we werent notified about building work. There was drillimg next to us and outside

Nice hotel… No A/C … my problem is that I called down to front desk and asked to call a cab. It was not a “cab” seemed like an Uber … he couldn’t take a credit card only cash… we were leaving the UK (we spent our pounds) so he took us to a shady filthy ATM … where I got cash.. felt very unsafe and I expected more… my thought was that the driver was a friend of front desk staff … This should not happen… and I won’t return

Spacious rooms, new bathrooms, comfortable beds. Provided a hairdryer and fan for the room. Can get an iron if needed. No airconditioning. Check in took a while as everyone turned uo at once. But swift anyway.

Check in great, room clean, no air con but got a fan - fine as temp was ok - would be a nightmare if weather was hotter. breakfast fab couldn’t fault it - location great.

Das war mein zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Beim ersten Mal war ich super zufrieden, diesmal gab es leider ein paar kleine Dinge die gestört haben. Wir hatten unsere Zimmer im Sechsten Stock und es war unglaublich heiß obwohl draußen die Temperaturen relativ kühl waren. Die Fenstern waren kaum zu öffnen weshalb man auch nicht wirklich durchlüften konnte. Nach dem einchecken gab es dann auch Probleme mit der Karte weil diese plötzlich nicht funktionierte. Ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett gewesen und die Zimmer waren auch sauber. Leider etwas sehr klein aber für ein paar Tage absolut machbar. Nachts habe ich nichts von Störungen gehört aber man muss echt sagen das man immer gehört hat wenn die Zimmernachbarn gegangen sind weil die Türen sehr sehr laut ins Schloss fallen.

Veldig lytt inn til naborommet. Opplevde god service fra personalet. Knall god frokost. Ta med øreplugger for nattero.
