The room was cozy, warm, and clean during our chilly November stay, and Lehka was a lovely host! We especially loved the breakfasts, chatting with Newton and enjoying a delicious full English breakfast along with Lehka's delicous banana bread! The location is convenient and charming and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We would happily come back again! A big thank you again to Lehka and Newton :)

We had a lovely pre-Christmas stay at Primrose Guesthouse, with such a welcoming host and all the amenities needed for exploring London, since public transport is within walkable distance. The area is very quiet and safe, and we’ll definitely be back.

Lehka who owns the property is a gem! Everything you need is taken care of! I stayed in a king room which literally had everything you need when staying in a hotel, plus charm!
Breakfast is made fresh for you and is perfect!
A tesco and Starbucks are five minutes walk away plus other shops and places to eat.
I definitely recommend Primrose and I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels!

Great guest house. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed for one night to see a concert at the Roundhouse. Room was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was great as well.

The room was fine and the bed was very comfortable. What is the hewel is the owner . She is really lovely , makes you feel at home. Uses everyone’s names over breakfast. Also she was cooking the food and . I would def go back. It’s a nice area. Maybe a little out of he london action but in a nice way I prefer that .
