Rooms are small but perfectly formed. Very friendly staff and owner. Brilliant information book in the room - very well done.

The room was clean, with a comfy bed and a great walk-in shower. Lekha was very accommodating and responsive with her communication. Newton cooked a lovely breakfast and was a great conversationalist, a delight to have a chat with over breakfast. The location was superb, with only a quick walk to the underground and a short journey into the heart of London. Thank you for a great stay.

Jätte mysigt ställe och nära till precis allt vi behövde. Hamstead Heath är ett stenkast bort, bio och tåg till centrala delarna. Kommer definitivt bo här igen

The Primrose is extremely restful, which is such a relief when in London. Quality bedding in a quiet, old-fashioned setting, with very helpful managers running the place. Lovely area for cafés & restaurants. Tube not a far walk. Enjoy.

Great place.

A wonderful, small guesthouse in a very quiet yet convenient area of London. Short walk to the underground station in one direction and lovely parks in the other. Lekha is a perfect host and the breakfasts are excellent. Won’t hesitate to return and recommend.

The room was very hot and they didn’t provide a fan that was working

Overall nice and cozy. Carpet in the room needs a renewal soon.

We were warmly welcomed by staff. Breakfast was amazing and staff were chatty and took an interest in what we had been doing .

Det här är inget hotell utan ett guest house. Väldigt engelskt. Nära Belsize tunnelbanestation. Lugnt område samtidigt nära till restauranger och caféer. Nära Hampstead och heden. Mycket trevlig hostess. Dessutom en chef som lagar dig en full english breakfast, vad du vill ha. När vi var där var det mycket varm, 31 grader och mer, vilket gjorde att nätterna var lite svettiga. Dock fanns mobil fläkt. Jättebra ställe om man inte är ute efter lyx. Vi kommer att bo där flera gånger.

Loved my stay here. Will definitely book again when I come back to London!

This was a really fantastic property! Only stayed one night as me and my partner were at a concert, but we were really impressed by it! The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom, the breakfast was amazing and it’s a five minute walk away from the tube, which gets you everywhere! Didn’t even feel like we were in London, it was so cozy. Lekha is a wonderful host, attentive, kind and really welcoming. There is no lift at the property, but as a part time wheelchair user who can do stairs, it was really accessible for my needs. Lekha was really understanding and kindly put our room on the first floor, and offered me storage space for my mobility aids downstairs. Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back!

Very comfortable and in good location but two caveats: -if you are susceptible to daylight, ask for a room without a skylight or else pack an eye mask. -if you need to leave before 8am, breakfast will be a coffee and croissant as cooked breakfast only starts getting cooked at 8. But, to be clear, it is a lovely place run by great people, and I would stay again.

Wifi was poor and kept dropping out

We didn’t manage to stay there due to family issues but the property looked lovely
