Very good value hotel. Clean , modern rooms whilst mine was slightly on the small side had everything you would expect for a pleasant short stay. Reception staff were very friendly, there is free secure parking and there are shops and takeaways on your doorstep. Would definitely stay again if working in the area.

I was really impressed with the room and oh it had an AC unit which was nice as it was a but warm . The gentleman who checked me in was very nice .

Amazing stay! Staff were very friendly and accommodating, everything was readily available in our room, and breakfast was great and reasonably priced - couldn’t have asked for a better hotel!

The stay was overall okay. The staff were really good, helpful and very polite! Didn't get a chance to eat at the hotel due to other plans we had. However, the one thing id say is that the room i thought we had booked was a spacious room with a double bed and double wardrobe but the room we were in was a double bed and a single wardrobe and quite small in space so it was a bit cramped

Stayed here for an easy quick walk to the Excel London for a weekend convention. Lovely staff at the front desk when i arrived. I was in one of the rooms in the "annex building" which across the road above shops. They let me check in when i arrived at 1pm bedore the 2pm stated time and the guy walked me across the road to the room. Nice room looks newly decorated with modern bathroom including a rainfall shower. The room was advertised as a single bed but there was a double bed so that was a nice bonus. In the room was an electric fan, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, kettle with cup. spoon, sugar tea and cofee. There was hangers and a shelf above. The shelf was dusty. Wifi included. The smart tv has access to all the streaming serviced bht you need your own logins.

staff were so friendly and accommodating, I was staying here for the T100 triathlon and they allowed me a late checkout at no extra cost. my room was perfect for a solo traveler, the stairs were a bit tricky with luggage.

I recently stayed at the Prince Regent hotel next to the Excel Exhibition Centre and was genuinely impressed. The facilities were brilliant, clean, comfy and really convenient for the exhibition centre. But what truly stood out was the staff. Every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely keen to do whatever they could to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. It made a big difference. Such a wonderful hotel in a convenient area with great transport links. The rooms are beautiful and are far from outdated, just classic hotel interiors! All room appliances worked well - smart tv, fan, kettle, safe, hairdryer, and bathroom. The owners were very kind and accommodating, and offered to upgrade me free of charge, which I (naturally) graciously accepted. Truly a gem of a stay, and I will certainly be visiting again in the near future.

Warm reception. Very helpful wirh travel suggestions as someone new to London. I'd recommend the place for how close it is to ExCel and for getting anywhere in East London. Brilliant

Good spot for weekend at the O2 or Excel if you have come to London by car, had a concert and was probably no more 20 minutes each way to the O2. Secured parking that is accessible by the front desk. About 5 minutes walk to the DLR which in turn will mean you are a matter of minutes to the Excel centre or on to Canning Town for the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich and the O2. Front desk very helpful with any issues or questions. Walls are thin as others mention and you do hear a lot of commotion.
