我住在6人混合的房間。在3/F，3/F有5個房間，我的房間有6人入住。然而，3/F只有一個廁所和浴室，並不是分開。如有人使用，就要到閣樓的廁所(一個)。衛生設施不足。(可能受樓宇大小的局限所致)。有時廁紙可能要自備，原因是廁紙被拔斷時，不能從廁紙架中取出廁紙。閣樓的廁所水喉並沒有熱水。 房間地面不是平，有輕微傾斜。有足夠的暖氣。第一晚入住時睡在床時感覺痕癢，慢慢習慣了。 寄存行李的環境有點凹凸不平，燈光不足，有點不乾淨。需自行取回行李。通往3/F的樓梯很窄，不適合大型行李上落，這點要留意。 雖然有很多不足，但地點而然很好，因為鄰近Euston火車站和Underground，交通方便。如果短期過夜其實也可以的。

除了房間很熱和locker沒有鎖 一切也不錯 很適合背包客

We booked 4 bed in 8 beds shared room,when we check in only have 3 bed left,and the staff still let another guy check in our room,so 5 people only 3 beds,the staff ask 2 of us share one bed,we have no choice because already midnight,the staff said tomorrow morning we could ask manager to refund money because we have 2 people shared one beds,but when we asked they said we have send email to Hotel.com let them command hostel to refund,but still waiting for PubLove's reply,we strongly command to refund at least 2 beds' cost Except this staff is very friendly,location is good.

不錯的hostel, 價錢便宜。地理位置亦很好，去其他景點參觀很方便。 不好的是其中一個廁所壞掉了，需要用下一層的廁所

The location is about 10mins walk to Euston station. -ventilation in room is quite bad in winter time -have to borrow hair dryer at pub first -the cleaning staff is rude -male staff will come into female dorm in morning for work(will knock the door before but still feeling uncomfortable to me) The worst thing I have to point out: I have booked 5 nights stay in this hostel. However, the staff rearrange my bed twice. No notification before at all, you can only know when you back to the room and find out that all your stuff on bed disappear! And every time they change my bed I found out there is still other empty bed in room. On the second time they changed my bed, I went down to the reception and asked where my stuff was. The reception told me that was non of her business and was the responsibility of the cleaning staff!!! And she also said she could not find my name on system, which is simply an excel file. (Which finally found out the the row with my name hidden accidentally). She started to question wheather I have paid for the room! I was just so furious! SUPER SUPER chaotic administration. P.s. they put all my things into a locker, including my wet towel for whole day. 要用中文說一遍: 這家住宿真是差極。沒有通知情況下就調床。住了五個晚上，居然調了兩次!而每次客房狀態也不是滿床的。只是方便他們行政。第一次也就算了，起碼回去時我的東西在另一張床出現。第二次回去的時候，我的床睡着另一個人，東西也不翼而飛，到樓下接待處詢問，店員說系統找不到我的入住記錄(只是一個excel file),之後質疑我其實沒有繳費，給她看expedia的帳單又推說是中文看不懂。後來發現原來是把我那行row hide起來了。之後詢問我的物件在哪兒，她說不干她的事幹，是清潔工人收起的。後來我在某個儲物格找到了，我濕濕的毛巾也被收起了一天！ 男店員會到女生房間檢查空位 清潔工人超級臭臉

房間較老舊，上層床的人若活動會影響下層床的人，地理位置好

不錯，經濟，離車站近，會考慮再次入住

The 6 person female dorm is quite small but tidy and neat...but the locker is way too small ...it would be better if they can provide a larger locker

適合個人自遊行，位置非常近Euston地鐡站連火車站。Euston 地鐵站位處London 市中心遍離不遠。如步行到Camden Town 也需20分鐘。

離Euston Station超近，離King's Cross Station也很近，交通非常方便，洗澡水很熱，兩道門鎖很安全，但雙層床的下舖有點矮，坐在床上只能彎著腰

Just 3 mins walk from Eustion station , a very convenient location . The room is clean and tidy . Staff are nice and help. They offer free luggage storage which helps a lot. Will choose next time.

PROS:The hostel is up the bar. The 6-mixed dormitry is everyday full but happy that every roommate we met is friendly and we respect one another. The lower-decker bed is a little bit compact for big guys so it is better for small size girl. The hostel is just about 5 min walk from Euston station, so it is wise for people who will take a train in their next journey from Euston. The free breakfast is really good , they are about hams, cheese, bread, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice. CONS: Dripping water in bathroom when sometimes no hot water and sometimes extremely hot water ( but i heard of that it is very common in London the water pressure is not that good) No hairdryer! ( girls with long hair in cold weather hate it )

No airconditioning, no lift. But I can accept them as this facility is so cheap and it has a convenient location. Easy access to Euston railway station!

Terrible place

Train cancelled and needed a last minute bed for the night. What a find great pub lovely helpful staff. Check in easy and very comfortable great nights sleep. First time in a hostel won’t be the last would definitely stay here again when in London.

The doors on the first floor were very noisy when closing. It kept us awake. Simply installing something to make them close slowly would help.

The location of the hostal is great, very central and only 2 min walk from Euston station. Check in was very friendly and the dorm was super clean (which was a change from the previous hostal). Would definitely stay here again.

Good pub food, very central location.
