What an amazing day yet again will definitely be stopping here. Again really lovely place can’t go wrong for the price and the owners are lovely.

I believe shops were near by but I didn’t need to go shopping, I gave cleanliness 3stars I believe it could improve especially under furniture I.e under the bed. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay, it was quiet, safe, I was sent clear instructions of how to the property safely, it serves its purpose! I will definitely stay again in the future.

I recently stayed at these fantastic apartments and I have to say, they were absolutely brilliant. The place came fully equipped with cookers, washers, and even all the cooking facilities you could possibly need, making it feel just like home from the moment I arrived. What really made the stay special were the owners – they were out of this world! So easy to get on with, friendly, and always ready for a chat. Their hospitality was top-notch and genuinely made the experience unforgettable. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to come back here again and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Truly a delightful find!

Hey there! I just had to share my recent experience at this absolutely wonderful apartment I stayed at. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the modern comforts you could wish for. The bed was incredibly comfy, guaranteeing a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. What really stood out was the attention to detail – from the luxurious toiletries to the thoughtful little touches that made my stay extra special. The breakfast spread was delightful , Location-wise, it was perfect – conveniently close to key attractions but still peaceful and quiet. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, excellent service, and that homely feel. Definitely planning to return on my next trip!

It’s something like air and b apartment. Toilet is in the separated room, it’s not convenient. They said parking would be included, it’s actually on street parking without security. Overall the condition of the property is below average.

Had a couple of issues checking in but got sorted in the end. Room was a good size and well kitted out bed was comfy

Horrible place, nothing is clean there were bugs. My asthma increased and had to start taking my inhaler. This is one of the worst place possible. I would recommend everyone to refrain from this. Trust me there are other better places this one isnt worth your money.

My second stay at the property and I would book again. Convenient flat with plenty of amenities within walking distance, includingsupermarkets, takeaways and convenience stores. Friendly owner with excellent communication and handover for property.

Host Paul.. friendly, full of local info. However..the room dusty n dirty, not had a proper clean in months. Previous guests stuff n dirt under the bed. Kitchen...chicken bones near cooker, which needs condemed. Oven, would dare eat anything from that. Dirty. Cupboards doors hanging off.

I was shocked over how filthy and dirty it was everywhere! When i contacted the landlord over wet towel still left in tbe washer machine and also the fact it was an old used plaster inside the rim, i was met with nothing but, "you can just trow the towel in the bin and i can also come and show you how to use the washer machine", I was a bit gobsmacked. He continued saying that the cleaner had beennin a rush! But hed told me the day before that the room had been empty for 24 hrs... The room had not been vacced the last month! It was cobweb all over the place! Behind and all around the bed was layers of dust! Filthy! The bathroom sink has a crack that is dangerrous and goes all around! The electricity seems to be abit dodgy too as fire alarm started beeping one night. I was told it was because of a water leak... make you wonder how safe the place really is. Sorry but i wouldnt recommend this and i wont be coming back. I was really disappointed this time around! Oh and the glasses, mug, cutlery..All was so dirty I didnt wanna use it at first! But had to wash it all as i had nothing else to use. At least the room is now a lot cleaner!

Excellent stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Owner gave great communication about location of property, check in and parking with pictures included. Appartment was clean and had everything I needed. Nice little apartment in a busy area, with a supermarket, convenience shop and a few takeaways within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop just outside. Would book again.

Absolutely fantastic location for a stay in Leeds. Hosts are always available to attend to any concerts

If I could give this zero stars I would. Not only is the place in a very unsafe area with gangs on the street and rubbish everywhere, leading all the way up to the door. The place itself was very dirty and seemed like it hadn't ever been cleaned. Hair in the shower, stains on the mirror and sink, the kitchen was full of old food, not a single surface was clean, dust and scum everywhere. When we questioned the cleanliness of the property with the owner they wouldn't clean it and told us to check out early for a refund (we booked a 2 night stay) and now they will not refund us at all. NEVER STAY HERE!!!

The owner of this property went WAY above anything i would expect to help me out when staying at this property. The place was immaculate, woukd definitely stay there again

I booked this property as my husband had to attend the hospital. Before even entering the property it absolutely stunk of weed. It doesn’t look safe at all. When going into the property it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time the floors was sticky dirt and dust everywhere. In result to this i didn’t even stay at the property. I asked for a refund and owner refused. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all looks nothing like the pictures. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Paul was extremely helpful literally available 247. The property was so warm it was lovely my boyfriend an I called it the sauna. The washing machine works perfect.

The place is quiet and cosy with private toilet but outside the room. Postcode will bring you directly at the back of the accommodation. Free parking near the property. Easy to communicate with the owner if you have any concerns.

super communication from host made checking in and out fast, easy and flexible. The studio was warm, clean, inviting and had everything you would need. Super value, highly recommended. will definitely book again

Perfect place to stay. Great you could park on the street behind the property free of charge with no parking restrictions. Also bus stop in front of property. Caught the no 5 into Leeds. The apartment was lovely and clean and really warm. Shower was nice. Kitchen had all facilities. Also a great food centre opposite, B and BM store and Iceland. Excellent communication from Paul the owner. 11 out of 10

Great place to stay just outside city centre . Supermarkets @ shops within walking distance @ bus stop outside door with buses every 5 mins into Leeds city centre 20 min journey . Easy check in @ key collection
