I booked a single room with private bathroom. However, it does not locate in the room. I needed to go outside every time I used the closet and even I washed my hands. It’s not what I want for privacy and convenience although I was the only one who kept the bathroom key!

Overnight stop for meeting the following day. Stayed here before in the same room, nice and cosy accommodation. Super location near the river Great Ouse, will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful setting, clean and tidy property, well decorated with cosy furnishings. Included a good breakfast. Was near the railway station and a superstore.

Room spotless, private bathroom luxurious, contactless arrival seamless. Just sad I had to leave before brekky was served 😢

Lovely location and view . Big room and comfortable bed . Super bathroom. The room was too hot overnight and we couldn't adjust the heating or have a window open as on ground floor . Light in hallway bright all night wbich also disturbed sleep

A very lovely place for a mini break Ticks all the boxes

We were expecting a four star hotel but its really a bnb with self check in via keysafe . Room was spotless but quite small. Breakfast was good

Attractive charming property

Calls itself an inn, so a olde pub with rooms and a cosy bar was anticipated. The closed front door, opened by means of a phone call, and the discovery that one was staying in an apartment block, was therefore disappointing. However all was clean and comfortable and well appointed, so full marks in all other respects.

Lovely location and beautiful place

This is a delightful little gem in a beautiful setting. We were attending a concert so needed to arrive early and wouldn’t be back to the room until very late. Not a problem staff were very accommodating.

Fantastic stay. Room beautifully appointed. Bed comfy. Bathroom really lovely. Breakfast plenty of choice from full english to cereal fruit and pastries,all self service but a very smart breakfast room. Pay for parking contactable by e.mail link. Definitely will be back. A lovely place to stay for our anniversary. Lovely big room, very clean and excellent condition. Massive bathroom. All with great view of the river and places to eat on the door step.

Nice decent sized room. Good restaurant next door. Nice views near the canal. Could be a little noisy with outdoor pub seating nearby. No common sitting area.

A lovely location! Was in small single room, perfectly fine. Comfortable bed, clean nice decor, good air conditioning, vital given current hot weather!.The well presented reasonable size bathroom for sole use was separate and was a few steps across a small landing, it had a bath/shower. Breakfast OK, choice of cereals, orange juice, pastries plus some fruit and also small buffet style hot choice of scrambled egg, bacon, sausage & tomatoes.

Noone there to check us in. Ring doorbel person who answered no greeting very abrupt not very helpful. Had to try and figure out parking Interior and room excellent. Same with breakfast again no good morning when asking if tea or coffee. Food lovely No sauces or water
