Not recommended for those who got large luggage. I got assigned to the 5th floor, but the elevator only reach to 4th floor. I need to carry the large luggage from 4th floor. Because of my schedule change, I arrive London one day late, I send email to inform them I will arrive at the next morning. The staff replied the email to inform me that they help me to cancel my order. Luckily I received the order cancel email after I arrived. I have no idea why I inform them about my late arrival time but they cancel my order. I did pay for the night that I book early and I stay for 3 nights in total. The customer service is terrible. In addition, the shampoo that they provide is disgusting. It smells like urine, I don’t know what happen to it. The experience is really bad. I won’t recommend to others.

great stay! love the decor in the room. however there are stairs in front of the place, quite inconvenient if you are carrying heavy luggage. 6 mins walk from train station, easy to get to Heathrow Airport as you don't need to change lines.

房間乾淨，床睡起來很舒適，唯一不好的是，房間密碼通知太脕，已經出發後才通知，到達時，没wifi,也不知要密碼才可進入，更不知密碼是多少，無法順利入住，造成很大困擾，請在客人出發前几天通知密碼，確保客人可以收到。

Nice helpful launderette man nearby since the property’s laundry is very small , dryers don’t work well but seems to be the way in the UK for the small dryers? Nice pub nearby . And 8 minute walk to dining , grocery, shopping and train and bus . Our kitchen was very very small. Has cutesy sayings where a hook or a shelf would be more useful. Staff helpful, brought fan and extra hangers.

Great location, easy to find and perfect for our weekend in London

Cute place but very small. No space to spread out at all. Hate the side of bed against the wall for an elderly couple who has to get up to use the loo in middle of night. Not shown in picture. Kitchenette nice. Glad for only one night. Bed space a definite problem. No AC, but I knew that. Tram or train noise. Otherwise, clean, cute place.

A great place to stay for a concert at the Apollo. Dinner and drinks on the Thames and the venue all within walking distance and also walking distance to station. It was hot while we were staying and no air con(which is fine from an eco perspective). We were able to open the windows but this meant a very noisy night sleep. Otherwise everything that you needed for an overnight stay and the communication and checking in process was really straightforward.

The check-in process was an absolute nightmare. We were standing outside in the pouring rain for 45min and unable to contact their office. The advance check-in is a joke. The room itself has zero ventilation which felt like a sauna and smelled moldy. The property itself is it a rough condition and the walls are so thin, we couldn’t sleep due to the other people fighting & moving around heavy objects all night. It felt very unsafe. Also housekeeping did not give us any towels nor take out the trash. The management did not give us any responses to our concerns during the stay. If you want to have a somewhat decent stay, I’d recommend another place where you can atleast feel safe and aren’t breathing in mold.

There were no towels in my room, just a tea towel which smelt of stagnant water.

Room was a bit small but I am satisfied because I am small convenient with kitchenette. One thing I probably comment was a bit far from Hammersmith station. Nice area I feel save also has lock at the door that you need code to get in. Register is 109 addr.

Clean, pleasant decor, decent space even in the small studio, well equipped kitchenette, comfy bed. I would suggest though to replace the microwave with a smaller one so it fits better on the shelf. The current one must be opened very gently to avoid it falling over. Communication was impeccable, there was a problem with the water temperature and was solved within 24 hours. Check-in was smooth. You do have to go to room 9 but that was in the instructions so no surprises there. Something to consider. Bring an eye mask if you sleep in total darkness, and ear plugs if you are bothered by traffic noise. Also, bear in mind there's no 24 hours reception, only until 9pm.

Our stay was completely wonderful. Easy walk to food or essential needs and easy 10 min walk to the tube. Great access to all areas of London. The staff was very courteous and came each day to freshen the room. I would stay here again!

Nice location great large well located apt

J’ai réservé 2 chambre sur la même réservation, pour moi et un couple d’ami. Nous n’avons eu qu’une seule chambre. L’hôtel n’a pas voulu nous donner la seconde chambre que nous avions pourtant bien réserver. À 1h du matin nous avons donc pris la décision de laisser les femmes dormir dans le lit et mon ami et moi dans le canapé sauf que surprise il y avait des asticots dans ce canapé. Merci Hotel.com pour le relogement, vous avez été très professionnel et rassurant. Nous avons été débité de 115£ chacun (mon ami et moi) par l’hôtel provenant d’une emprunte bancaire soit disant à 0€ lors du Check in online. Bref c’est le pire hôtel du monde, le plus sale, le moins professionnel. Une honte absolu

Hammersmith Grove is a lovely area in Hammersmith and the hotel is very close to transport and amenities. The room was small and the kitchenette had the microwave on a high shelf and some crockery in a high cupboard. For short people you need to stand on a chair to operate the microwave or reach the crockery. The hotel did move the microwave down to bench level for us but then there was no workable bench space left. Overall accommodation is good for London standards and location excellent. It cost us £30 for an Uber to Heathrow. Train links also close by.
