great location, great hotel, great room. but there is not offer box facial tissue, toothpaste, toothbrush. the breakfast is so simple, bread , yogurt , fruit and some drink only. overall the room was very comfortable.

When you firstly see the building, you can't think of this is a hotel. The hotel is not luxury but very practical. Very convenient location: within walking distance from Picadilly Station and very close to St Peter's Square MetroLink Station. With a small kitchen in the room that can use for cooking. Very friendly service at front desk.

15mins walk from Victoria station, very nice location, comfort beds, clean bathroom. Recommended!!

We have been very loyal to Roomzzz but this stay was particularly trying. The lack of lift for our 13 day stay impacted the number of times we left our room and we stopped going down for morning coffee and pastries. We were on one of the top floors and next time will ask about the lifts before accepting a high floor room. The staff at the desk were frequently unavailable as they assisted guests using the staff lift. No offer of reduced fee. Roomzzz must pay for a better lift maintenance contract.

Staff really helpful and pleasant, room was spacious and clean - we had a room in the basement, which had no view or natural light so that was a downside. Unfortunately the floor boards were creaky but overall it’s a decent place to stay on a budget Free unlimited hot drinks and croissants in the morning was a nice touch though.

Lovely hotel, room and staff but lift and WiFi not working which spoiled the experience somewhat. Assume these will be fixed so would stay again.

Toimiva majoitus huoneistohotellissa, hyvä sänky, makuutilassa kokolattiamatto (Liberty suite). Pieni keittiötila, jossa perusvarustus, jääkaapin toiminta epävarmaa, välillä tuotteet jäätyivät, välillä toimi normaalisti. Vauvansängyn lakana oli taiteltu isosta lakanasta, joka ei ollut puhdas. Hotellissa ei ole aulassa WC:tä, vaikka pieni oleskelutila on. Huoneiden äänieristys oli hyvä ja ilmastointi toimi. Hotellin sijainti oli keskeinen, kaikki Metrolink linjat menivät parin korttelin päästä eikä Oxford Road juna-asemallekaan ollut kohtuuton matka. Lentokentältä pääsi junalla nopeasti (noin 25 min), Metrolink matka kestää noin 50 min. Hotellin lähistöllä oli useita ravintoloita kävelyetäisyydellä.

Nice hotel staff excellent and lovely, hotel a little dated like the carpet but it cleaning was good bed compfy and very little noise, would stay again

Ground floor room - quite noisy. Next to a cupboard - possibly a cleaners cupboard very loud banging and clanging early morning while trying to sleep. Strange smell in room- there was a plug in air freshener in the room so suspect this was a problem that was already known about. Not my usual experience with “rooomzz” so unfortunately would not stay here again.

Nice location near Chinatown. I was travelling with kids (7- 13 yo). You can hear everyting and the couple nextdoor was getting at it like bunnies during the day (and nigth). The room was nice and clean and friendly staff.

A lovely place to stay, clean and well maintained. very helpful staff. Coffee and daily croissants were very welcome!

Excellent checking experience and very friendly and competent staff. Room ok, hard mattress and bathroom a bit tired. Towels feel like they’ve been washed a thousand times. Road noise from outside not sufficiently blocked out. Overall this is a lovely little hotel that’s near many things and has excellent staff. Just needs some extra care & attention.

Location was excellent with short walks to trains or trams, and a close location to museums, night life, and restaurants. Not the cleanest or in the best shape, but ok, and the staff was incredible! Very helpful and easy to work with. Good breakfast if you like coffee and croissants- the croissants were amazing!

Nice hotel, room was spotless on arrival and starr on reception was really helpful. Plenty pubs close by as well
