Enjoyed the breakfast arrangement.

A lovely community pub with a very good restaurant. The Landlords were terrific, very friendly and accommodating and we had a great stay.

Another lovely stay in this fabulous pub. Our double room was spotless. Well decorated and some nice little touches inc the well stocked tea/coffee tray. Great location and views to the rear from the beer garden are spectacular. Can’t wait to return soon. Staff so friendly and welcoming too.

We stayed at the property 2 years ago and found it really nice. This time, I think we had a different room . Still nice but unfortunately we could not get the electric shower to function and when I intended to report this there appeared to be nobody around . Still a nice venue in a pleasant setting. I presume your refund to me was because you took payment from my wife’s card. Thank you Peter Carroll

Traditional village inn run by the community. Food and drink prices very reasonable. Room was clean and comfortable. Noise from bar below stops around 10 pm so wasn't an issue.

Clean and comfortable in a quiet village. Allowed an early check in. Good communication Good choice for the continental breakfast. Had everything we needed.

A fantastic listed building, friendly staff and a good meal. The beds were comfortable and the room cosy. An en suite bathroom was a welcome addition. Recommend you check out this beautiful part of the country.

Really enjoyed our stay here, staff and locals were friendly. Just a shame that the electric car charger no longer works otherwise would be 5 stars.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived too late to eat at the pub. A take away was recommended but they couldn't deliver. Bar tender and her sister offered to collect for us. Ever so grateful. Comfy bed. Quiet. Cosy

Stayed for a one night stop over to break up a long journey. Excellent bar very good food and very good value. Room very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would certainly book again.

What a find... this pub/stay was everything and more...

Nobody here at check in which is from 2pm. We arrived at 4pm and had to wait.outside. Nobody answered the phone. We walked ariound the building until qe found a person in the kitchen window. Moe instructions on arrival would bw good. Shower needs unblocking. Staff polite and good food.

Stayed overnight whilst visiting in the area. Very nice country pub with good food and atmosphere, rooms were good as was the service provided by the friendly staff. I would happily stay again if in the area and would recommend to others.

The quintessential British country Inn and pub. We enjoyed our one night stay, and had a delicious meal and socialized with the locals. We enjoyed cocktails in the beautiful outdoor beer garden prior to our dinner. The room we stayed was impeccably clean, and had a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Wish we could have stayed longer.
