Somehow there was no hot water for me to bath, depends on my luck. room is too small and there is almost no place for me to open the suitcase, the room was clean but there was some smell.

Very polite and friendly staff and great location. Leaving aside old room and less uncomfy bed, kettle was severely rusty and unsafe to use. Hygiene needs more work.

The room is very old and dirty.

Rent rom, ryddet hver dag med nye håndkle. Hyggelig og personale selv om vi ikke så så mye til dem. Fikk god hjelp når vi spurte om hjelp. Ok wi-fi.

Must be the smallest Hotel room ever stayed at, but good location.

Litt trange rom og veldig varmt - til tider lite varmt vann i dusjen. Trangt bad - men bra beliggenhet.

Small but clean and very close to everything

Great staging ground for a larger trip around London. Lots of stuff immediately nearby and right in the middle of near all major team lines.

Very small room but not bad for the price, comfy bed and powerful shower however the water was quite cold in the morning. Could hear neighbours very easily. Very close to Paddington Station and nice restaurants.

Very run down hotel, room very scuffed. Shower was cold and blocked so filled up and spilled over. Windows were thin and let through a draft.

Vi havde fire overnatninger. God beliggenhed. Masser af butikker i nærheden. Det er det eneste gode, der er at sige. Wi-Fi var aldrig hurtig. For lidt aflægningsplads. Alt for trangt. Ringe siddemuligheder. Der fandtes kun en stol. Altanen måtte ikke benyttes. Sengen/madrassen Queens size 140 centimeter, var elendig og i meget sørgelig forfatning. Telefonen stod kun i vejen, så fjern den fremover. Savnede en håndbruser. Der var kun “vandfald”. Rengøring udeblev en dag. Det vil sige INGEN morgenkaffe. I receptionen fik jeg den undskyldning, at der var fuld booket!!! Konklusion til andre rejsende: Find et andet sted at overnatte!!!

Great location. Room is small, but that is to be expected of the area. When we got there the television was not working. Was told maintenance would be called (to find out maintenance was not working that night). Asked to speak with a manager (manager was not working that night). Eventually, the clerk came up and sorted the TV. There was a broken chair which caused a slight fall. When informed the clerk upon check-out they did not seem concerned. Bed was old, lumpy and uncomfortable. There was a draft coming from the window all night. Few toiletries. No facial tissues. No hand towels (was informed they do not do hand towels here). Moving forward, I would chose a reputable chain and avoid this hotel.

The wifi was a bit intermittent and the kettle did not work, but reception changed it for us straight away.

Perfect hotel for Paddington Station - a four minute walk! Lots of cafés and shops in the next road, but the hotel itself is in a quiet, private street. Check in is smooth, the staff are friendly, the rooms are spotlessly clean - a perfect gem!
