The staff are really friendly and helpful. Only a minute's walk from Earl's Court Station. The neighborhood got everything. Be ready to climb a lot of stairs unless you live on the ground floor or first floor.

Customer Service was excellent because it makes a difference in your stay at a hotel and the country. We felt welcomed. the room was nice and comfy beds. No complaints except for no elevator but it's a great workout - lol.

We arrived to a hotel in the dark, but luckily it was only the reception/ground floor that had no power, our floor was fine. The staff were friendly enough but not overly enthusiastic. The room was basic and one of the windows didn’t close properly, but it was clean, well presented and surprisingly quiet considering how close to the main road it is. There was no breakfast offered but you are a minute from the main road with multiple restaurants/pubs/shops so it’s easy to sort yourself out meals. Ideal location to explore the London area as there’s a tube station on the main road. It’s a fairly lively area and we felt reasonably safe walking around in the evening.

The staff were so kind! Every interaction was positive and friendly. We had room 2,v double bed. It was great.

When I got there the place was dark becuase they had no power apparently on some of the floors. Room was't ready even though it was after check in time. Waited in the dark in Reception for 20 minutes as the maintenance man was doing some DIY in the room I was to have apparently. Asked if there was another room I could have, they said they were fully booked and my room was recently renovated (as in still being?). Room was ok when I finally got in; clean and smelled like fresh paint but there was no where to hang clothes. Also very noisy and was woken up nearly every hour from 4am onwards with doors, creaky floorboards and talking. Don't know if it was staff or other guests but very poor sound insulation of room. Not a good nights sleep! Wouldn't stay again!

The hotel is very quaint - great location and fantastic customer service. No elevator though!!!! We stayed in the 4th floor so keep that in mind but the room was huge with a BIG bathtub - you feel inside a Harry Potter book in that room! we all had a great time -

Hotel muy cerca de la estacion de metro. Nuestra habitacion estaba recien renovada, muy limpia. Muy recomendado.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel, très propre et la chambre était toute rénovée (salle de bain neuve, literie confortable, Netflix à disposition) avec le métro à 2min à pied. Le seul point négatif est l’insonorité mais cela nous a pas poser de problème car pas de bruits la nuit.
