Very good customer services to a point👍 No wifi password, got in touch with customer service to try and sort it out. They were unable to help🙄 The apartment was clean to a point,but needs a good refurbishment, door handle hanging off,missing parts to bathroom furniture. Bath had what looked like dirt in numerous parts,but was in fact damage to the actual bath. So was not appealing to use. Door needs trimming so it not so hard to open The apartment need a good refurbishment to bring it in line for somewhere in central London.

Terrific location. Room smelled a little musty upon entering but it did clear up after we opened windows. Furniture and furnishing was very basic but totally fine. Was great to have a kitchen and a washer for our stay in London. Staff is very helpful.

We liked how conveniently located the property is to so many things in London. Great parks nearby, supermarkets close by, Tutti’s Cafe is great for breakfast and lunch. Felt very safe and the staff were very helpful.

Receptionist was lovely and super friendly. Apartment was sparse, dated and badly designed. The good points were the water pressure (shower - although bathroom was tiny and dated) and the receptionist. I won’t ever stay here again though - I can get a more comfortable space elsewhere.

Convenient location near to the tube as well as restaurants and supermarket. Well equiped apartment with washer/dryer, microwave and dish washer. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms.

I great location! Train station is close by, shopping and food are easily accessible as well. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very neat.

Good value for staying in London. Very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine ,Small patio. Very nice reception, he was so kind helping me with suitcases. Will stay again.

This was my second stay at SACO and once again I enjoyed it. The location is amazing , staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay .

Wasn’t impressed. The on/off knob on the shower broke for two hours before anyone could fix it. In addition the power in half the room went out which lost the ability to use the television on which the number to call for emergencies was on. The worst part though was that i prepaid on Expedia but the person at the desk still tried charging my credit card. Then over a week later I was charged 10 pounds for no reason and no explanation. The room itself was nice but overall I don’t recommend

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent size and facilities for a family of four. Walking distance to underground and shops.

Rooms were nice, loved having a second bathroom. Hotel is walkable to multiple underground stops and bus stops.

We enjoyed this apartment. It was easy to get to the tube or bus and spacious enough to relax in after a long day of walking. There are several excellent dining options nearby as well a grocery within walking distance.

This property is not upscale by any means. Our one bedroom was dirty, smelly, worn out, and the shower covered in mould. The bed linens are nice but the bed was completely worn out. The carpet was filthy, and the place smelled of bodily dirt. The kitchen amenities are sparse and of poor quality. There are two pubs nearby which are quite noisy. The building is not wheelchair accessible and there are no wheelchair accessible units. I usually don’t write bad reviews but I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. The management wouldn’t respond to any of my communications.

Good spot lots of space carpets need some attention but very convenient location

This was an ideal base for a week long stay in London. It is within easy walk of many underground and overground stations, including St Pancras for regional services. Lamb's Conduit is a very funky street, home to good restaurants such as Noble Rot. The property itself is not exactly flash, but internally it is very comfortable, has excellent facilities for cooking and washing and even basic entertainment. The only issue is that without airconditioning it can be very warm in the apartments, though they did provide a fan. Fine when the temp is in the low 20s, but could be a problem when it gets hotter. Nice and efficient operators. Thoroughly recommended.
