Nice location but not so clean

The room is very crowded, noisy, smelly and dirty.

工作人員的態度很差並且心不在焉，即使有床位也堅持2點才能入住，辦理入住時還忘記給我們磁卡，我們反覆詢問進出門的鑰匙之後她才發現沒有給我們鑰匙，退房要寄放行李需要額外收費2英鎊。等待入住之前在用餐區的角落沙發區休息小眠，突然有工作人員來把大家叫醒說不可以睡覺。房間內的地板很多灰塵跟一些小垃圾沒有打掃到，床床墊應該是海綿墊，常有人躺的中間位置已經有凹陷無法支撐身體睡起來很疲憊。三層床的下舖與中舖高度非常低沒辦法坐起來，只有上舖的高度比較多。房間的空間非常小，只要有人打開行李箱就會影響其他人進出，。要是只考量價格還是可以住這裡，但完全沒有四顆星的品質，就是很一般的青年旅館。不要有任何期望。

YOU MAY GET LUCKY THEN EVERYTHING IS FINE, BUT IF NOT, TRUST ME, IT WILL BE RIDICULOUS First I booked 6 nights and they decided to change my bed after the second night. They gave me breakfast vouchers after I complained though email as the manager there thought it wasn't even a problem. But then after two more nights, they said that my booking has been changed from 6 nights to 5 nights, which I did not know about it and have even booked one more night on Sunday for the same bed. They said I have not booked for that day so my bed has been giving to someone else. I came back finding that my stuff removed from my bed, some stuff left in the room, towels on the floor, and a charging cable missing. I was then moved to a 12 bed room with no toilet (was originally in a 9 bed room with toilet.), which is cheaper than what I have booked. Which then I complained again, and this time they didn't even bother replying my email. Ridiculous!

住在自然保護區的公園內，到處盡是綠色森林 可以散步 是很好的體驗。走出公園一路有長椅可以坐 休息 五分鐘後就是商店街 非常好方便

very nice location. Staffs are kind and helpful. Especially Graziano，who helped me a lot to deal with the processing of check in

Good experience, but some facility are not enough. For example, 15 beds share one bathroom.

Reasonable price and clean place to say. But the space is small and no lift in the building.

Quiet, clean and safe. There are many restaurants nearby.

入住兩晚，但連續兩晩床位均被其他人佔用，需要掉換另外床位。 I stayed there two nights but every night my bed was occupied by other guys.

Location is a beautiful park. Staff are polite and very helpful. The front gate is not easy to find out especially in night time.

Delicious breakfast and nice view . This hostel is near design museum. Everything is nice.

12人房空間頗小，連24吋行李箱都很難攤開;床舖分上中下三層，每層垂直空間都很小，坐著很難挺直上身，會撞到頭。公共設施舉凡戶外桌椅、中庭草地、餐廳及遊戲間都很棒，早餐收費4鎊，食材較諸其他safestay 系列青旅要來得豐富。整體而言，是一家適合多在房間外活動的青年旅館。

青旅位在公園內，離公園兩側入口都仍有段距離，對於初次到訪的人而言稍嫌難找，繞了一大圈才找到入口。如果晚上有安排節目，晚上自己一個走夜路有些可怕。旅店的公共空間很棒，莊潢及色調都很賞心悅目，不過床舖是三層床（12人房），因此垂直空間頗狹窄，稍嫌不便。衛浴空間很夠，熱水是按壓式，必須一直反覆按壓。

The staff there is nice and helpful. As the shower and toilet are shared, the tidiness really quite depend on the other users but the hostel will do cleansing everyday. One thing I would like to highlight is the bed height is really very insufficient. I can hardly sit straight in my bed. If you are a tall guy then that would be a major problem.

Location is a little far from attractions, but the environment is nice together with the park. The poor thing is the bed with 3 level. You cannot sit on the bed if you the bottom one and middle one.
