Great location for onward travel or visiting area. Impressive hotel clean welcoming and facilities 5* pool large and very clean as was sauna changing etc. Room large and with all amenities fridge micro wave etc. Comfortable beds and great power shower . Staff welcoming and breakfast offers choice and is a great start to the day

Room 105 was so noisy from the outside fan/air conditioning intake. Was too late to change room as was in bed! Do not stay in this room. I’m sure the other rooms were fine

Very welcoming guy on desk where nothing was too much trouble.

Not THAT convenient to LGW and the taxi is £18.50 one way. Quite noisy because it’s on a roundabout. Service was great. Beds are UK sizes (obvs) so anyone from North America should be aware that there is a massive difference in King size for the UK to the rest of the world. Bathrooms are not the cleanest but functional.

Pleasant and not far from the airport.

Standard nice hotel with good breakfast buffet.

The Staff were very accommodating, friendly, offering great service. Room and bath were very clean, but our bed was only a queen size, not a king size as what I booked. Hotel is convenient to the Airport, just a short Taxi ride away. The breakfast was very good as well.

The room was tired burn marks in carpet. Hole in the bath where the grab handle had be broken off and not replaced or fixed. The handle for the bath was broken off and lying in the bath. A poor hotel trying to make itself look expensive with fancy lobby

Good option when needing to be close to Gatwick airport. Nice hotel and food was good.

The staff are amazing and i cannot fault our family room.

We stayed as travelling early from gatwick the following morning. Hotel is really nicely presented, clean and comfortable. Nice bar and resto, lovely warm pool and steam room. Would recommend

Nice hotel, pleasant clean room with a great view, friendly, helpful staff, and good buffet breakfast. It's not the closest hotel to Gatwick, but is only about a 10-minute taxi ride away, so it's definitely manageable. I would stay there again.

Room was super, excellent space for catching up on work, very comfortable and excellent air system which is rare in UK, solid water pressure in shower (again rare in UK hotels) only let down for room was settee had hairs/ crumbs on the cushions which is a bit minging but certainly didn’t spoil stay! Bar/ restaurant area wasn’t great, way too cold (and I’m a Northerner!), menu pretty sparse (though steak sandwich was cooked well), beer was flat and the place felt a bit tired…lamps without shades, wireless chargers broken, wooden surfaces water damaged and bubbling/ peeling. Didn’t really want to spend any longer than necessary in main hotel area, couldn’t wait to get back to room which is a shame as usually I’d relax with a few beers in the bar when away on business.

Rooms were well kept and staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Would stay there again.

Convenient for early morning flight from LGW. Slightly dated decor but clean and very large rooms.
