環境方便，附近購物很好玩。房子不錯，地毯有點髒，如果習慣室內不穿鞋的話，會有點不習慣。

廁所有點臭味，入住時床單上有根頭髮，以飯店的價格來說，不應該如此。 但早餐還不錯！

空間較小, 但地點方便到市區和機場都很近, 重點是早餐很好吃

We stayed for 5 nights but had no power for three times. When I questioned the manager, the manager answered with bad attitude and simply said it was not their responsibility. There was no a single apology. Maybe this was not their fault but a manager should never treat their customers with unbearable attitude. The experience of being treated badly was a shame. The room was not properly cleaned as well. The chair was stained. I would never visited this hotel again and I recommended you not to.

It took about 10min to walk from hammersmith station with a big luggage. The front desk was very nice. The single bed room was small. There is a window in the bathroom and it was very cold even if the window was closed.

If you take a flight to or from Heathrow Airport, it is a nice choice. A cozy hotel which is pretty close to the tube station and you can do your final shopping nearby as there is a Primark, H&M n m&S just next to the hotel. So it is a nice choice if you like to shop. There are some nice restaurants nearby too.

房間很小，但是在倫敦物價那麼高的地方，這飯店算便宜而舒適了。床蠻舒服的，房間整潔，沒有提供牙膏牙刷要自己準備。吹風機好夠力..要小心過熱喔。

房間很乾淨，從機場到飯店很方便可以搭地鐵。 去Olympia London展場走路或搭公車都很便利。 附近食物與賣場和雜貨店家很多

Prenotato un letto queen , trovato un letto standard! Per soddisfarci ci hanno cambiato stanza dandoci una più grande ma sono piccole ! Le pulizie nn vengono effettuate tutti i giorni! Sorry

O atendimento e localização (próximo ao metrô) tornam esse hotel ótimo. Para quem tem alergia a carpete pode ser um problema, contudo meu quarto sempre estava muito limpo. O café da manhã é um pacote servido no quarto, sempre com os mesmos itens (banana, iogurte, suco, croissant e 1 barra de cereal), como é muito difícil um hotel oferecer café da manhã em Londres acredito que seja um plus.

Hotel honesto, quartos e banheiros bons. O problema é a escada para subir com as malas, mas com ajuda oferecida pode não ser problemático. Bem localizado para ir para toda a cidade a partir da estação próxima.

Three flights of stairs. No dining areas or lounge bar.

Was in a good place for us going to Eventim Apollo. Room was small & not enough room around beds. There was only 2 of us but room was meant for 3, would have been a bit cramped.

We were happy with our stay at Seraphine Hammersmith Hotel. We had everything we needed, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was lovely. We didn't realise there was air-conditioning in the room which we needed, as it was very warm in there. Nice continental breakfast and helpful staff.

Small rooms, but clean. Continental breakfast is a carton box with a croissant, apple, juice and a rice bar. Convenient located near Hammersmith underground station.

Väldigt bra, reste ensam med 10-åring. Bra service i den lilla receptionen. Frukost var ok, fick en liten påse vid dörren varje morgon. Bra läge för oss och för det som vi hade planerat, nära till tunnelbana, ca. 7 min promenad. Snabbt att ta sig runt, många bussar att välja på också. Nära till Westfield shopping med buss. Låg mataffärer, restauranger och affärer direkt utanför hotellet så väldigt smidigt. Vi fick även ett större rum och det gav extra guldkant!
