We loved our stay at seven hotel,staff very accommodating,when visiting Cliffs next definitely book with you again

Room was a bit tired Bathroom was tiny and turning on the overhead shower meant everything got wet Staff were nice

Room was very good and very clean. Staff were very helpful including advising about the parking The restaurant was excellent and location over looking the sea front was perfect

The bed was really comfortable, and the room was nice. Just lacked on a few touches, kettle wasn’t the best. Spare toilet roll left on top of the bin, has a roller blind but could do with curtains to block the light from the sides of the blind. The aircon made noise all night even though turned off. I my room must have been above the kitchen as was noisy in the night and morning. As much as the bed and pillows were great, I didn’t sleep well due to the noise. Ironing board was also broken.

The room was definitely not a king-size room, and the shower situation was odd, with no screen, water going everywhere, looks great, but zero practicality. Nose from the pub next door, workman playing loud music at 7am, not ideal, plus pipe noise. Cosy room and a great location.

Bad things first, we didn't get a room clean and replenish on first day - don't know why we had the door card out but it wasn't done, about three in the afternoon we had a knock on the door asking if we needed anything. Room heating was difficult to adjust we turned it off because it was too hot, obv we could have asked but didn't likewise turning lights on at arrival and shower controls - not enough info for us and it had faint engraving on controls that were hard to see. But we managed eventually. Very nice friendly staff, but a bit more info on the locality would have been helpful, for example we drove down to seafront and parked when there was a lift we could have walked to. We are both a bit elderly and not seasoned hotel stayers but we enjoyed the break and just pottering and a posh hotel experience.

I honestly cannot fault this hotel It was a pleasure to stay here. It is in the perfect location with a short walk to Theatre and shops with an amazing view of the Thames estuary set on a quiet road with no through traffic, pretty much ticks all the boxes. All the staff were incredibly gracious and friendly. The food was a real surprise that was certainly a lot of talent and skills on show from the chefs. Food was perfect. It is very rare you come across a place that does everything well, but this is one of them. Many thanks to Sadiq and his gracious staff. Definitely be back again Kind regards Alan

Nice sea view dirty kettle and hairdrier comfy bed shower hard to operate free parking.

We had a 3 course meal before hitting the theatre and casino. Hotel well situated very comfy.

Decor is now a little tired. Staff weren’t rude but the only smile we got was when we were checking out. The booking page mentioned breakfast but nobody ever asked us about it.

Friendly staff, upon all of my stays here. I had to give 4 stars purely based off of misinformation. Before my arrival I requested a steam iron. It was advised to ask reception for one, which will be provided. However, upon asking, they mentioned they do not have one in the property. This was then followed by not being able to connect to the kitchen for Room Service. Having said the above, the customer service is great, the staff are friendly on arrival and check out, and everything is well kept whenever I returned back to my room.
