谢尔福德旅馆

The facilities were too old and dirty. And the staff especially the young man who was very rude and impolite that made anybody angry with them. 這家旅店的設施極殘舊！門是壞的，窗是卡住的。收費與設施、服務不相稱，工作人員尤其是那年青男子態度十分恶劣，竟與住客吵架，更在没之前的提示之下，指斥客人不執碗碟和不泊車進後花園。令不少客人十分不满！

干净整洁舒适不错

交通因有前往市區或車站的公車，還算方便。一樓靠窗房因窗戶只能半開有點悶，而且外面一直有菸味飄進來。房間還算雅緻乾淨但感覺有個味道，不確定是什麼味道，也可能因房間不夠通風才有這味道。 房間裡有洗手台。房外的共用浴廁還算乾淨。

If you are driving to travel, it will be a good choice to stay in this hotel. Since it is a bit far away from the Cambridge town, we need to take the bus with around 30 mins from the town to the hotel. The environment around the hotel is very nice, you can have a walk to the Thames river with around 30 mins walk, and we saw a beautiful sunset during the walk. The staff is very nice. And the room condition is very good. The bathroom is very big but it is outside my room, I can't sure is it share or private bathroom.

比預期中的狀況還要好, 原本以為會是鄉村的簡陋旅店, 沒想到單人房卻如此寬敞, 早餐以麵包飲品為主 唯獨淋浴間出水量太小

房間設備較為簡潔，如廁及沐浴要到共用之浴室。房間,整潔，但浴室有點殘舊。早餐不算豐富，飲品則較多選擇。附近較為荒蕪，鄰近並無商店食肆，而地址 Cambridge Road 在劍橋有三條以上，導航要輸入 Westdrive Road 才能找到正確位置。

旅館的人很親切 很好 但舊舊的 價格算是比較便宜 但也不算太便宜

The owner was not welcoming at all. I was greeted with a frowned expression. he just rudely told me that I could not check in before 2:00 p.m. He told me if I arrived so early (10:00a.m.),I should have booked the room for the previous night. This way he could let us check in now. What an useful advice. I asked if I could sit in the breakfast area for a while to wait for my friend, as there is no such thing as a lobby on the ground floor. Then he became angry again, "you want to sit in the breakfast area? Then what about the people who want to have breakfast? Where are they going to sit? If everyone is like you, come early and sit in the breakfast area, then the people cannot have breakfast!" Well, if the breakfast area could not accommodate an average size girl, he could have told me politely. At 7:00p.m., we returned to the hostel but mistakenly rang the bell, the woman on duty appeared and was outrageous about it. We asked her if they could call a taxi tomorrow morning for us but she refused. Later we were locked inside the room as the lock was too rusty that it could not be opened. Our neighbour went down stairs to get the help from the hostel staff but no one showed up. Eventually we had to throw the key from under the room door so that our neighbour could open the lock from outside. All the hostel staff were Spanish and they could not speak English well. If you have any problem, pray to god. I am sure god would respond to your request faster than they do.

Breakfast service was good but poor services because the online description of the facility that influenced my booking was misleading and did not match the room provided upon my arrival and I had security concerns.

It was an ok stay The hotel could do with some updating and modernisation Was greeted very briefly when first arrived, but not at breakfast or when we left

This place was what I could describe as the worst place. They gave my room to someone else and couldn’t get them out and gave me what I could describe as staff quarters no tea coffee I didn’t sleep as I felt unsafe as a lone woman and a member off staff was shouting on her phone most of the night. Keep well away

Dirty rooms Mould on walls Very unpleasant

Do Not Book this property. I really don't know where to start .Bed sit facilities with no amenities, kettle ,cutlery etc, Basic bed,linen, 1 pillow, wardrobe,TV. Private shower room across the hall was disgustingly dirty. Grime around the shower door & toilet ,Shower head could not fix to the wall.Breakfast was basic,with cold meat,tomato's etc, cereal with milk in the dirty fridge. Tea & coffee. I did not see a member of staff at all during this stay and will NEVER !! RETURN.

Only stopped at this place for one night. Couldn't stop for longer. It's very basic and dated. The breakfast is not good and very limited. I felt it was expensive for what it was. It was worth half what I paid.

The beds were so squeaky you could hardly sleep. They only supplied one pillow each. The breakfast was more for non English without a doubt. Electric wires hanging out inside the building everywhere. Wasn’t impressed at all

The room was disgusting as there were cobwebs on the ceiling. There was dust on the furniture. I noticed a small creature on my bed too. I would never stay here again.

Good location, staff at checkout very friendly. Breakfast area dirty, as well as room en-suite bathroom.

This has to be the worst place i have ever stayed in. Dirty room, Dirty bathroom & toilet with mold all over the ceiling and walls and shower cubicle. No hearing the room was like an ice box and i wasnt suprised when the radiator in the room didnt work. Who ever owns this place needs to take note of all the reviews that i have read and the last thing i wajt my money back.
