Clean room, friendly staff, good facilities, good price.

Hostel com boa localizacao e proximo do metro camden street. Acomodacoes muito apertadas e com pouco conforto, nao da para se mexer no banheiro do quarto onde eu fiquei. Varios momentos preferia usar o banheiro da cozinha do que o do meu quarto. Sentimento de insegurança com o locker do quarto, pois se tem um cadeado menor, a porta pode abrir sozinho caso tenha muitas coisas dentro. Isso nao eh avisado anteriormente, o que pode causar inseguranca na estadia, como por exemplo chegar no quarto e se deparar com o seu locker escancarado. Cafe da manha bem servido, com funcionarios super prestativos. Tomadas da area comum do andar de cima nao funcionavam, o que fez com que tivesse que trabalhar no computador na cozinha, onde as tomadas funcionavam.

A budget hostel that delivered so much more than we expected. The bed was comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. Provided AC and a decent private shower room. All we needed for an overnight stay with very reasonable prixes for London

Nunca habia agua caliente, las camas super pequeñas, cuando iba a usar mi locker ya estaban unas maletas ahí, tuve que dormir con las maletas en la cama, el baño estaba muy pequeño y más para 9 personas en la misma habitación

Great pkace to stay

Nice and comfy. Lovely team. Check in and out was easy.

My experience at this hostel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was charged again for my stay, even though I had already paid by credit card through Expedia. Due to a communication error on their side, the hostel had no record of my payment, and I was forced to pay a second time to avoid being turned away. Although I immediately provided proof of the original payment, I was told the refund would be processed in a few days. That was on April 20, 2025. Today is May 14, 2025, and I still have not received the refund. My attempts to contact the hostel via email and WhatsApp have been completely ignored. No replies at all. On top of that, the facilities were far from comfortable: extremely low beds, a tiny and unsafe bathroom, many stairs with no elevator, and no power outlets near the beds. After the initial issue, the receptionist offered one day of locker use and breakfast during my stay, but that gesture does not make up for the stress, inconvenience, and lack of professionalism I encountered. I am still waiting for a refund and a response, both from the hostel and from Expedia. I would not recommend this place.

friendly staff, comfy and clean beds and good common area. thin walls so could hear alot of noise above and all around me so slept with headphones- but this is usual for a hostel really. would stay again on my next visit! good stay reflective of cheaper price

The stay was at a good price but it’s very noisy with you being able to hear people moving about in the corridors and above. Also there was a person sitting in the garden shouting for an hour and when being told to be quiet he carried on. It didn’t seem like the staff were doing anything about it. Another thing to note is there are no lifts or step free access which I didn’t realise so that made it hard to carry up my luggage

La cocina no tenía utensilios para preparar comida, solo calentar y guardar en el refrigerador. Luego de eso estuvo bien.

Once I checked in and spoke with a staff member; I was shown the set up with the app and how it unlocked the doors. Really clever. Private 6 bed dorm with bathroom was fab and most importantly was clean. I slept really well, bed really comfortable. I will definitely stay again when visiting Camden. So easy and so reasonable.

Great hostel, very well maintained.

Very good idea of cabin beds, but but lack of power sockets is big minus, and light in the cabin was not working when I was there. Rest was very good.
