Crowded room (9 beds in a small room). Limited space on my bed. Quite hot throughout the night. But the staff is nice and breakfast is provided.

We take a room for 8 people. ahahahah. ahahahah. ahahahah. ahahahah. ahahahah.

Don't choose the upper bunk. It's really a narrow space.

Good location and reasonable price

Staffs are so helpful but some roommatess are noisy.

Wifi 有等於無 房間上層插座設計有問題，不容易先可以去义電， 早上十時就要交房，太早了 大堂沒有行李儲存區域 六人房間地方太細

Good place. Beds comfortable, low-key and relaxed environment.

honestly the worst hostel i stayed in europe. i wanted to go home by day two. the staff has one guy who acts like he’s regina george on mean girls. i interacted with him twice, then started avoiding him like the plague. the two brown girls and the brown guy who works in the mornings are the best. the dorm is terribly small and uncomfortable. the beds are weak and squeak. if you are at the bottom bed (my case), everytime someone above you moves it will feel like an earthquake. the toilet aren’t separated like in most hostels, so if one of your roommates decides to take a one hour long shower, you’ll have to wait one hour to pee. apparently kids are allowed in the hostel, and i have nothing against it but it wasn’t nice to be awakened by screaming children and parents who could not control them and make them respect other people’s sleep. the only redeeming qualities of this place are the great internet connection, the shared kitchen and the proximity to metro stations.

Atendeu todas as nossas necessidades, hotel próximo ao parque e com acesso fácil a transporte público, limpo e organizado. Atenção dos funcionários da recepção, check in e check out sem complicações. Rua um pouco movimentada, porém não tivemos problemas na hora de descansar.

It was really good, I don't really have anything bad to say, only good things. It was well located, the staff was nice, the room was awesome and the value was fair enough... I do recommend a lot

Schönes Zimmer innerhalb des Hostels gehabt

I had not been in a hostel in 20 years. I was surprised with the experience.

Its easy to find and has good transport routes

Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung. Kleiner Abzug für das bad, das einem Kreuzfahrtschiffbad ähnelte. Lage super - Hyde Park quasi vor der Tür und gute Anbindung an Öffis. Frühstück okay, nichts besonderes, vielleicht etwas wenig Auswahl. Für Londoner Verhältnisse eine gute und preislich faire Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

Terrible

Das Hostel lag sehr gut am Kensington Park und der Hydepark war nur ein paar Meter weg. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch verschiedene Undergrond-Linien waren schnell zu erreichen. Personal war sehr nett und die Rezeption war 24/7 besetzt.

Some staff so rude specially cleaner staff and i was stayed 6 day and room number 407 and room have 3 double bed and some people drink alcohol in the room and i thinks same guy bring the girl and make love that was horrible night and next day i was make complain in reception but they didnt care about that so think about before you book the hostel
