Basic no frills accommodation, similar to premier inn hotels. Clean room, comfortable bed and quiet.

Spotlessly clean room, decent size room, comfortable bed, decent shower. A pub/ restaurant next door is great. Easy access to A2 for London/ Canterbury. Have stayed several times and more planned.

This was a really difficult one to rate. We specifically like that this room had a sofa bed, but there were no linens or blankets provided for that, and when we asked at reception, they seemed bewildered as to why we would ask for something like that. Eco-friendliness was top notch; you needed to insert your key into a reader into the wall to activate the power, and they collect recyclables at the end of your stay. Tea kettle and tea bags/instant coffee were provided. The parking lot is big, and parking was included. There is a family restaurant/pub associated with the hotel, and the food for dinner was really good. Luckily we didn’t pre-pay for breakfast, as the one time we tried it, it was pretty bad. The hotel chain website advertises “cooked to order” as well as continental options, but this place was doing a buffet that was… not good. We went once and regretted it. The location was good if you’re exploring with a car or needing to use the train. I can’t really think of anything else to say. It was completely average. But, if you’re going to have a sofa/trundle bed, please include the linens for it, or at least make them available at the desk.

The stay was generally fine. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but we did miss a bit of hospitality and atmosphere. The main points for improvement would be: making sure there are (disposable) toilet brushes available. We also found the shower curtain and the soap dispensers not very hygienic. We would recommend offering small travel-size bottles of soap instead of dispensers. The baby cot kept falling apart, and we also found the mattress quite uncomfortable for the baby. There were also stains in the bathtub, and large red stains on the carpet between the beds, which we didn’t find very pleasant. Other than that, it was fine for us since we were only there in the evenings to sleep. The price/quality ratio is fair.

Convenient, but poor internet

The property was really clean and very well prepared. Only spent a night but i enjoyed it. The only issue I had was with the restaurant, which wasn't as clean as i had hoped.

While I tried to use the Air-Con it took forever to kick in to cool the room down. My other half used the shower and the floor in the bathroom was just swimming in water.

The room was nice and comfy enough for my family and I.
