櫃台人員很親切並樂於幫助 但附近環境安全單純 至於房間內沒甚麼可以多介紹的 只是一個可以用來休息睡覺的地方 有點舊了且需要整體翻新 我想下次會想試試別的選擇。

The place is convenience to go everywhere and near the subway , walk within 10 mins and have convinence store and drug store nearby , although the breakfast is equal but the taste was nice. The staff was really helpful and nice . 住宿地點10分方便，雖然比較古舊，但我覺得周邊酒店也相差不太遠，酒店員工態度良好，早餐雖然每天變化不大，但都尚算豐富，是all day breakfast 之類. If next time travel again I would prefer here again , but there are no toothbrush and no toothpaste provided . And I hope there are more light on at night , it is a bit terrible as too dark at the corridor . There are some booklet at the lobby , you may take some coupon I would recommend ppl stay here the price was attractive.

地理位置还好，员工很好友善，房间很小不干净，没有冰箱开水茶包很不方便， 出地铁有超市。

We booked a room for three and got 4 beds. I guess it is a room for six and that's why it cost that much money. There was no kettle in the room. If you need hairdryer or any cup, you need to ask. Basically, That was a room with beds, closet(with some hangers), one little TV and towers, nothing else. The floor in the bathroom was always soaking. It kept leaking and we couldn't find where the leaking point was. So we got extra towers to put on the floor. The Wi-Fi reception was week and the speed was really slow. I just gave up to use it. Anyway, they have good service, people in there were very friendly and nice. And they provided massive breakfast.

Great no frills place in Kensington

A great place to stay. Only a 5 minute walk from Gloucester Road tube station. Bed was comfortable. Room wasn’t big but absolutely fine for what we needed. Breakfast was good - full English plus pastries and cake. The service was great. Would definitely stay again.

All good! Hotel is kind of old,but bed are comfortables,has a small fridge was good👍no microwave or hot water ketle,but you can get hat water,coffe or hot chocolatte from kitchen downstairs👍and really good location👍

Lovely little old fashioned looking lobby. The room we stayed in was very modern looking and had everything we needed. Breakfast options were good. Overall a very positive experience.

Nice pleasant hotel and good food and good service

Had very good service and breakfast was great. The room was great and clean. Was a walkable distance to train and bus stations, many restaurants, shops, and much more. Safe area to walk at night as well. Definitely family friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Our room was compact, but then all we planned on doing was sleeping there. Basic needs taken care of in the room, facilities satisfactory. Staff were all very friendly, can not fault any of them. The cooked breakfast was fine, good selection of fruit, pastries and drinks all served very efficiently. Good value for money given the area we were in.
