Best “citybreak” stay of our lives! Everything was absolutely perfect and there’s nothing we’d change, except our length of stay - if we could, we’d still be there, but not sure the hosts would want squatters on their land! Animal therapy, amazing hosts, Mother Nature herself looking after you … bird songs, deers, donkeys, pigs, goats, cats, and anything in between! If you’re not used to glamping, don’t bother leaving nasty reviews. Says more about you than the place. If you don’t love nature, again…don’t bother, it’ll be lost on you. Amanda, Barry, Ray, loved meeting you all and thank you for having us. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic time on our mini moon. The owner, Amanda, was lovely and really helpful. Beautiful setting, peaceful and having the gorgeous animals close by an added bonus. A lovely way to spend an evening, fire pit & wine, perfect

We stayed at the Rabbits Burrow at Starry Meadows and it was an absolute delight from the second we set foot in our unit. The charming little container had everything we needed in terms of essentials for our two-night stay, as well as several little special touches that made the whole thing feel really personal. You can tell the hosts really care about the comfort of their guests! The cleanliness was 10/10 too. Amanda made sure to make us feel welcome and even let us extend our check out time so that we could bask in the sun a little longer and take our time to leave. If you need a break away from the chaos of everyday life, and just want to spend some quiet time with some gorgeous rescue animals as your neighbours, we recommend visiting Starry Meadows.
