Excellent staff and service. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Good location near the Station and shops, good breakfast and the room and hotel was clean and nice, Birmingham has seen better days but the hotel is worth a visit.

Always a great welcome back. Everything provided for, including tupperware boxes so you can take a packed lunch to work

Really easy check in, friendly reception staff, clean rooms and very well equipped with everything you would need. I was extremely impressed with the laundry room service as I had stained a couple of pieces of clothing and needed to get them washed before travelling.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. Room was quiet, spotless and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable.

Easy check-in, clean room and good breakfast. Good location as well and you get a discount on the parking which is a nice bonus. Would stay again

Amazing facilities, central location

A very nice hotel, the suites had a kitchen which was well equipped, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast was self service with lots of choice.

comfortable and big sized room, with kitchenette. location is perfect right in the heart of town. no parking at the hotel but they have a car park 8min away the guests can use at a discounted rate. breakfast was actually better than I expected. all in all we would stay again.

Nice stay good staff and good breakfast. Room smelt odd but perhaps previous occupier had been cooking with spices. A little tired in places but would stay again. Great value and location for us

Great for business travel. Near the train, has breakfast and free happy hour. Rooms were clean enough and fairly modern.

We stayed for one night for our anniversary. Never stayed before. The staff were wonderful and friendly from the cleaners to the receptionists, Everyone was helpful and lovely. The room was clean and welcoming. The breakfast had a nice range of foods perfect to get the day going. The whole place gave off a clean and professional vibe and was very accommodating. Would happily stay again.
