Very accommodating staffs, gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was at the end in the second floor, was nice and quiet. Room nicely heated, get some insects in the room if windows are opened(even in winter), but not a big problem at all. Overall a very lovely hotel with nice dinner and breakfast. Beautiful town to visit!

如果按四星以及這個價格，衛生方面做得很一般，而且加四歲小童床以及早餐都需另外收費，比其他同類酒店差。

总体上来讲，在这个区域中这家酒店是非常好的，环境优美，清洁优雅，而且有不错的餐厅配套。但对于我们行李较多的家庭出游来说，住在二楼电梯无法抵达的房间，搬运行李是一种痛苦，没有连通房和家庭房也是不方便。

很舒適，晚餐和早餐都很棒，附近環境很好，適合休閒渡假

酒店很赞，有专属花园，环境很好，很适合度假放松，早饭也很好吃，有一道可以现点现做，味道不错。就是前台接待的女的不够热情，服务还有待改善

客房有点旧，不过很干净。餐厅超棒，早餐和晚餐体验非凡，服务味道都好！大堂很漂亮。

Lovely hotel, everywhere was clean. All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was really good 👌

Hotel room was great and the reception service was good. However, the main dining service at the restaurant of the Hotel is terrifying. Poor service and my steak literally came out cold. I ended up ordering UberEats because I didn’t even have time to reorder and the staff at the restaurant are not professional at all. Other hotels would’ve easily waived my wife’s food bill as I couldn’t even dine with her!

Our second stay at the Swan Hotel in Bibury, a charming, historic carriage house, we stayed in one of the adjacent stone cottages complete with kitchenette, cozy fireplace, upstairs bedroom and full bathroom, a second toilet and shower on first floor. Clean, welcoming staff, and historic country charm. Will choose Swan Inn again on our next visit.

Absolutely Loved our room and the hotel!

It was a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but sometimes it was difficult to get hot water. The restaurant was stylish, and the dinner and breakfast were also good. Bibury is very crowded with tourists, but I think it is a privilege for guests to be able to enjoy Bibury early in the morning when no one else is around.

The hotel was fine but it's not worth the price. Staff were helpful when you could get one but the front desk was often unstaffed for long periods. Parking was a problem. We had to leave and eat somewhere else before checking in later that night. There isn't enough parking for the size of the hotel so I assume that you might never get to park there. Room was a bit worn i.e. tiles in shower were pink but one had clearly broken and been replaced with a green one.

ホテルスタッフすべて親切でにこやかな対応でした。 室内はゆったりして　ツイン希望でしたので　現状キングサイズベッドを　ベッドメーキングし直しツインに変えて下さいました。お手数おかけしました。 ただ一点　こらは重要なポイントですが　トイレの排水流れがすこぶる悪い。　トイレットペーパーすら一回で流れなくて　私たちは毎回ロビーのトイレを使用していました。 それ以外はよかったのですが・・・古い施設なので仕方ない　どの部屋も流れが悪いとの説明でした。

The hotel was nice but the only way to our room was by 2 flights of stairs which made getting our bags to our room was a pain and would have been impossible for some. Staff at the desk was nice and freindly but the wait staff never smiled. Town is nice but i would stay in another town next time.

Ok hotel in a good location. Service was very poor. Bar staff complaining amongst themselves about management was very un professional. Food was expensive and mediocre. Room was nice with big bathroom but bed comfort was barely ok.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in an amazing setting! Great food, amazing stay!
