Clean room, close to the area we wanted to be

I know I wasn’t booked into a 5⭐️ hotel but I did expect it to be clean still. From entering the hotel it wasn’t clean in the hall way or our room. It wasn’t like the pictures or description. Only paid £49 so you get what you pay for I suppose, however it was supposed to be more which it definitely isn’t worth more.

The room was clean but heating was more centrally controlled and was not maintained to right temperature so the room was cold, bath rooms are just ok

My client walked out minutes after checking in as it was too dirty to even contemplate staying in

Location is very good. The price of our stay was good also. The staff here are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay

Location ideal for what I needed. Room stank of smoke, bed sheets didn't smell fresh. Room, carpet, bathroom floor and furniture filthy. I didn't expect much due to the price but I did expect it to be clean. I didn't complain as I couldn't be bothered I was out all day so just somewhere to sleep and leave my bag. I certainly would not use this place again.

Very much in need of an upgrade.people had been smoking in 1 of the rooms we had .had to ask for more coffee milks and.nobody had been in room in 3 nights we were there to change towels.

Water taps not working

Check-in was okay owner was friendly but we never saw anybody again after that, even on checkout. As soon as we entered our room, there was a very strong smell of Febreze or something equivalent and when I checked the bed as it was all creased and bobbly, the pillowcases felt damp. I’m not convinced the bedding was washed, just sprayed. There were hairs under the pillowcases and the bedding had blood stains. The chair in the room was stained. Plenty of cupboard and drawer space, the bathroom wasn’t too bad, hot shower. Overall the room just felt dirty. There was grime on the light switches, around the sockets, the skirting board. It wasn’t a very nice stay.

Cheap and chearful. Bed cumfy. Nice staff. Great location.

The door to bathroom didnt close and the shower lacked all over the floor in bathroom

It was basic but ok for us...shower not up to much .

A very pleasant stay with all versilties very close to all things in Blackpool nice bed and room with tea and coffee making versilities in the room I would definitely recommend

Have stayed here a few times and does the job. It’s clean, comfy bed and great value for money! The staff are lovely too!

Hotel smelt musky shower was dirty no electricity on the Sunday would not recommend to stay there again
