Everything was great, staffs are very helpful and informative. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great and the price is reasonable. Stayed a great night there.

物超所值, 不過由於住宿期間. 熱浪襲英國, 酒店沒有冷氣, 只提供一把小風扇, 對慣於嘆冷氣的香港人係有點不習慣， 整體值得推薦。

有美麗的庭園和客房，但沒有電梯（有大件行李就要辛苦點了，飯店人員會幫忙）。早餐超級豐盛美味！ 服務人員親切 距離Bath火車站走路約為十分鐘

Our room was wonderful. It was large and stylish with a wonderful view over the garden. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast freshly cooked. Perfect location for Bath city centre, yet wonderfully peaceful. Lovely all round.

Amazing hotel! Loved the decor !

Lovely spacious room. Nice little touches, water and glasses, body wash, shampoo etc etc. Tasty well cooked breakfast. The hotel was easy to find and parking was a doddle though there are only spaces for about 10 cars. Excellent location about a 10 min walk into Bath. Lovely hotel and I’d recommend highly.

I booked a hotel on Hotel.com, intuitively a 5-star rated hotel, which I thought was a 5-star hotel, but it turned out to be a B&B. By my expectations, it was subpar. There was no air conditioning, no elevator, and the hotel pre-assigned me to the top floor. When I arrived, the local temperature was 37 degrees Celsius, so the top floor was incredibly hot without air conditioning! Plus, it's a Victorian-style building designed for insulation, which could easily cause accidents for someone with a chronic illness. I immediately requested a room downstairs, but the receptionist said they were full. After repeated requests, she said I had to pay the difference, and it was very expensive. I couldn't accept that, so I had to carry my luggage up to the top floor in 37-degree heat. The room was stuffy, with only two small fans. I stayed there for two nights. Frankly, by hotel standards, it was subpar. By B&B standards, it was quite nice, and the breakfast was good. But it wasn't my choice.

Hotel was very nicely kept and the staff were all very helpful

This hotel is quite easy walking distance into the main "old" part of town ... Bath Abbey, Roman Baths, River Avon, multiple churches, tons of restaurants. We loved our spacious room with a gorgeous high ceiling and updated bathroom. It felt like pure luxury after our cramped stay in London. We chose to enjoy their breakfast after an early morning walk down the river and around the Royal Victoria Gardens. There is an additional upcharge for the breakfast; but it was heaty and delicious with multiple options on the menu. There's a lovely little garden where you can sit out in the evening. It's in an old estate house, so there is no A/C -- which meant it was quite hot when we were there. But they provided a fan, and the windows opened so we could bring in some cooler air once the sun went down. It felt clear that the staff wanted to make our stay quite nice.

We were in Bath during record heat. The radiator would not turn off in the bathroom, adding to the heat. We were not offered a different room or any money back for the inconvenience and problem that made the room almost intolerable.

Good location not too far from town centre. Abbey room had a nice view but bathroom noise could be heard from the room above (particularly running water and footsteps).

Room was small but clean enough. The big problem with us was the stairs and no lift. We were at the top of the hotel and quite a few flights of stairs . We are in our 70s and had two suitcases about 45lbs each. Ended up leaving them in the car and just taking what we needed from them for the night. We are from Canada and I understand a lot of hotels in Britain are like that.

Second time staying here. Expensive, and both breakfast and parking cost extra. Breakfast was good, but not excellent like some other stays we had on this trip. Parking is tight but doable. The Plate restaurant next door is very good for dinner.

This place was so amazing! You could walk to anything you wanted to do. We were in the garden room and it was perfect. Our stay was 3 days but we never wanted to leave! The staff was so helpful and the garden view was incredible! Breakfast is extra but worth starting your day with :)
