We would stay again which in reality answers my question on how was the hotel.
We did have breakfast, which was served to us. Choosing a croissant with jam and marmalade did take its time to arrive, however the lady serving us did keep us informed. The fruit platter was beautifully presented.
We did have dinner in the bar which was excellent and just the right amount.
The bedroom across the courtyard was adequate with all the appropriate trimmings - tea, coffee, biscuits , shower etc.
The only thing was the TV remote did not work. We did ask at reception for new batteries but was told it was the remote and that they did not have a new one to give us.
During the night the side lights decided to blow up, which caused a smell and us to unplug everything.
It did not bother us as we were tired we did inform reception.
Saying all that everything was clean and every one polite, with excellent food..
