Foi a nossa primeira vez Londres para comemorar os nossos 10 anos de casados e ao chegarmos no hotel o atendente havia nos presenteado com uma ótima suite e no quarto uma champanhe com um cartão muito legal. A nossa estadia foi incrível, o hotel muito bem localizado, ao lado da estação de metrô, suíte muito boa e espaço muito aconchegante! Verdade que tem dois lances de escada para subir e o tapete da suíte precisava de uma higienização, mas como só voltamos de tempos em tempos para o hotel e quase não ficamos lá não foi nada tão desagradável, então eu recomento muito pela localização e atendimento!

Great position with everything walkable. Bed and pillows were great. Shower pressure was fantastic BUT only one of us could get a shower as it went cold after 1-2 minutes.

Staff: Elbis, one of the employees, was great and attentive. He provided us with extra towels upon request.
Room: Clean overall, except for the carpet and rug.
I was not aware that this booking required us to share a bathroom; this was not clearly stated. While the bathroom was not far from our room, it was still an inconvenience for us.
Unfortunately, we did not sleep well due to noise from guests partying and going up and down the stairs.
This room is best suited for college students.

The room was cute and clean. The bathroom was small and a little strange without a complete shower door. There was a nice towel warmer though and the shower had great water pressure. The main reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because there is no lift or elevator and we were on the top floor making it very difficult to maneuver our suitcases up and down. Otherwise, great location right beside the tube station and very close to Borough Market and London bridge.

Convenient for those who just need a place to shower and sleep; above the Borough tube station. Ten minute walk to the Shard and London Bridge tube station.
It is not a normal hotel; you receive your access codes by email. It’s like a dormitory of rooms, very narrow corridors, only stairs (no lift - inconvenient if you have a suitcase or physical disability). The room is clean, everything works, the bed is comfortable.
It’s just not the same experience as a hotel.

Digital only check in and room access despite staff being available
No soap in dispenser in room
Shower entrance incredibly narrow . Weird . I’m not particularly large and I couldn’t get in so had to leave unshowered!
