The room was impeccable, well designed and of a good size. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The area is quiet yet extremely well located for all major attractions, easily within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again!

The room was very clean and we received a mini fridge within 10 minutes of our request. All of the staff were friendly and exceedingly helpful! The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays and displayed a comfortable ambience. I look forward to staying here on my next visit to London.

A wonderful 2 night stay in a very special hotel. The staff could not have been anymore accommodating. We loved every second. Stunning Christmas decorations everywhere we looked. The room was beautiful, bed very comfortable and luxury bedding. Location is perfect and right on the middle of where we wanted to be. Looking forward to returning.
P.S. the whole hotel smells amazing as well!
