Very comfortable room and shower was good. Nice bar downstairs very friendly locals.Food and beer was top quality. Highly recommend.

Good room and bed. But mainly the delightful pub, an excellent pint of Timothy Taylor and really good food. Ideal for a quick business stop.

Lovely welcome and good food. Room wasn't for me with very low bed and no standing shower probably my fault for not reading if this is in room information. Also the TV was very old and I couldn't get basic channels like ITV or BBC1. Finished with a lovely breakfast, great cooking of the poached eggs.

Very nice food clean comfortable beds, but the floors and tables could have been cleaner hence 3 stars. Very quiet and warm we did enjoy our stay.

Very welcoming staff and nice food. Fantastic property. Room was small but adequate. Some guests would be put off by the small bath in the en suite (no shower). Needs maintenance in places. Priced sensibly.

Very friendly hosts, nothing was to much trouble, excellent evening meal and amazing breakfast, would definitely return when next in area

Never sleep in the room looking over the main road cars driving past all night thort I was on the cerb it was that loud 😩

The staff were amazing and the place was very clean and tidy .

Room was clean and King Size bed was comfortable. Water pressure in sink was slow until I worked out how to increase it. Full English breakfast was huge and one of the best I have had in any B & B or hotel. Located in a quiet rural village and convenient for Rutland Water.

Eventually found a member of staff Room ok, adjoining link room guest repeatedly tried door not the venues fault. I believe I have found the smallest en-suite in the Uk and when will these owners realise there is a used by date on the cheapest mattress you managed to find, the bed was on the floor, Didn’t bother with evening foodfood they didn’t offer breakfast ok for a night stop but no longer.

Great few nights here. Ideal location for working in the area. Had food one night in bar and was really good, breakfast good each morning, staff all very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and spacious.
