Great location, ready for crossing on the Channel Tunnel next morning. Beautiful gardens, good food, very nice room. I hadn't realised there was no lift, but the friendly staff helped us with our suitcases 👍

Perfect when arriving by train, great restaurant, best burger we had in a long time (have the Camembert double, its amazing.

Nice hotel albeit a little dated in places. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. The food is best classified as “pub” food but it is quick and good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
