Very pleasant host very friendly and helpful breakfast good
Not much parking on premises but we were able to park in the industrial area which was only couple mins walk

Nice little accommodation, it’s on the main road and parking is available but tight!
The B&B is by the hospital so road is busy but didn’t cause many issues. The room was clean, nice size and seemed to have had all the basics and a traditional homely feel. Host was lovely, really friendly and helpful.
I only stayed 1 night and arrived in the evening and left early morning so didn’t have the optional paid for breakfast at £9.00 I think.

The Cottage delivered more than what I had anticipated. It was clean, impeccably so and adequately furnished. If you are looking for a quiet get away this may not be ideal as the main road is incredibly busy and loud, so NO fault on the side of The Cottage. I would recommend it and will certainly consider it the next time I visit Chichester.

The owners were able to let us in early. They provided information that we asked for. The room was spacious and very clean, with an enormous bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, enabling us to have a very good nights sleep. Breakfast was simple, but very good.
If we are in this area again we will certainly book into The Cottage again.
