Our suite was spotless and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast menu, we also had a family meal one evening, which was delicious. The staff were mega friendly and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. We have stayed there several times and it’s always a pleasure. The Crown is our go-to place when in Norfolk.

Lovely hotel, room was cosy and comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

Room was clean and well-stocked, both dinner and breakfast were very nice. Staff were helpful. Beautiful town and very charming hotel with lots of character. Only downside was the TV was small and a bit of a pain to work, however for our trip that didn't impact us.

Parking: limited & Free Staff: Friendly Check in: Quick Restaurant: Didn’t use. Bar: Didn’t use. Bedroom: Clean and comfortable. Breakfast: From 6:30am, very nice.

Good location and nice food but let down by tired old rooms. Kept awake all night by the central heating system above me, sounded like someone drilling in concrete. Would be nice to have bottled water in the room instead of drinking out of the sink. Not again for me.

My third stay - and nothing has changed, Everything perfect as always and the Crown Mundford remains my main choice when visiting the area. Great keep it up

Very good.

Parking was very good outside our room front door. Cooked breakfast was hot with a choice of cereals,etc from the buffet. Lovely clean bed and hot water in shower. All the staff were polite and we would definately use The Crown again.

I have stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions now, and it remains one of my go to places for staying in this area.

The stay was wonderful everybody was so nice and friendly especially Martin, Karen and Rosie made our stay so nice. Wonderful staff but Martin Stone was our favourite. The only problem was the mattress was very soft and you could feel the springs.

The hotel was in a nice situation ...a lovely village green with a very good shop and also a fish and chip shop, the room was nice however the bed was a little tired, there was no head board and they were mean with the pillows, I guess we could have asked for more but didn't so sitting on the bed was a little uncomfortable, parking was excellent and the actual pub was great with a pretty good atmosphere, the breakfast may have been the best we've ever had and the breakfast room was bright and delightful with friendly staff.

This was another return visit to this wonderful warm and friendly pub/hotel. This time i was accompanied with my daughter/we came up up to celebrate my friend's birthday and celebrate my daughters acceptance to University. As before the rooms we had were clean and comfortable the staff were helpful/friendly and the whole evening was brilliant. Truth be told we came up for the fantastic food served at the restaurant-we all had steak which was perfectly done and dessert-was definately worth the short ish journey up from Essex. What better than having a nice meal then stopping over for the night and back in the morning ..this place is perfect for that. There are plenty of rooms to cater for a large family or a solo traveller. I said i would return last time here....and will again...Great value for money. A great short gettaway was had by us all. A decent breakfast also considering its included in your stay.
