Overal good. Helpfulness of staff excellent. Plenty of opportunity to eat healthily. Some towels worn.

This accommodation is just perfect. The beach across the road and the town walking distance away. The breakfast is great, catering for all diets. The rooms are spotless and the staff are brilliant. I would recommend the Cumberland to all.

I had a lovely stay at the Cumberland Hotel. Mike, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive—everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the plentiful extra towels to the little surprises like sweet treats, drinkable bottled water, and even a pair of binoculars in the drawer! The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, and the hot shower was just what I needed after a long day. The only downsides were things outside the hotel's control. There was some road noise between 10:00 and midnight due to the busy seafront location, and the beds could have been more comfortable. Still, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming stay with great attention to detail.

Great breakfast, great location and host. We chose not to have our room made up. When we came back after a day out a bag on our door with coffee, toilet rolls, biscuits etc left. Not had that before but a great idea. Only downside was the shower. 1 out of 4 attempts over 2 days did we get it to work. Either so hot or so cold couldn’t use it. Room 12.

Great find in Weymouth.Very clean modern room with a very comfortable bed.Very quiet no noise from other rooms.Very welcoming hosts.Loved the balcony great views,close to the train station and bus station.Great breakfast selection and really appreciated the use of the hotel parking permit! Would highly recommend!

Great located bed and breakfast in Weymouth. The hosts are really good and very attentive. We stayed 3 nights and got to see Weymouth and enjoy the town! Oh and the Full English Breakfast they provide is so delicious!

Really really impressed with this hotel, the owners were really friendly when we arrived and showed us to our room which was really nice and clean, with lots of added touches that were unexpected. The view was amazing from the room. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and the cooked breakfast was cooked fresh and was really tasty. Could not fault the hotel at all

It’s a lovely place. So clean and fresh. Room beautifully made up. Tea, coffee ect plentiful and replenished daily. Happy to recommend a stay here.

Great stay at The Cumberland, couldn’t have asked for more. The location is spot on for a weekend in Weymouth with plenty of parking around. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly from the get go. We had a clean, modern and comfortable room. The breakfast and service was brilliant. All in all, ticks all the boxes.

Nice Small Classic English hotel, very welcoming, right on the beach front. Nice room , tastefully done. Was concerned that parking was at the rear of the property on a pay and display car park, but turned out to not be an issue. Had room on top floor, you need good legs to get up the stairs . Excellent breakfast .

Lovely B&B ideal location from the train station and great view! Hosts are friendly and ideal for my one night stay. Shame I missed out on the breakfast due to an early start! Sea beats restaurant a few doors down was delicious and also very welcoming.
