房間清潔，但很細。離火車站大約10分鐘步程。浴室無浴露，只有小肥皂。熱水瓶內發熱線生锈。早餐只有一部殼物機自己加牛奶，一部咖啡機，再加一人一盒仔乳酪。無升降機，要行長長的樓梯，行動不方便及有大件行李者請選擇其他酒店。

地點方便，距離Victoria station7-10分鐘路程，隔一條街有不少餐廳及1間大型超市，略嫌酒店早餐比較簡單，總括來說是一個好選擇。

由於沒有lift ,梯級比較窄，住高層拎大件及重的行李不太方便。早餐非常普通。清潔房間時發現門的安全鍊壞了主動修理好。地點非常方便及寧靜。

I live in Taiwan, certainly the booking is written in Chinese when I received the confirmation of booking from Hotels. com. But all the critical information such as booking no, hotel name, booking name and check in date were both written in English and Chinese. Strangely, the front desk said couldn’t help me to check in cause the information were not ALL in English since he didn’t know Chinese. I explained to him but no use! Finally, I got the room key after a hard bargaining and tolerated his impolite attitude. What a discrimination! I will not choose this Hotel again.

The family type rooms are suitable for sleep, no much more space to locate 4 suitcases. Bathroom is also small.

房間雖少，尚算潔淨，尤其新装修浴室，只是花洒水力太弱，好像是大部份英國酒店的通病，可能是省水原因。地點十分方便，7~8 分鐘腳程到Victoria 火車站，找吃的很方便。酒店早餐也算ok.

A clean and very basic hotel near Victoria station, about 10 mins walk from the station, good for travellers come and go between Gatwick airport. Restaurants are around and shopping mall near. Breakfast is also basic with hot toast, don't expect a buffet. Also note that the rooms are relatively small and a lot of stairs to climb.

Rent rom, men flere feil. Døra til badet mangler en hengsle, lys på bad kunne ikke slås. Men helt ok for et sted å sove. Veldig hyggelig betjening. Frokosten var dog begredelig, ene og alene sukker… men vi kunne fint bo der igjen ettersom de ansatte var hyggelige og beliggenheten var så fin for oss med rolig område som likevel er så sentralt.

En natt vid fotbollsresa. Helt ok, enkel frukost. Kan tänka mig att bo här vid nästa resa.

Good value for dollar. Everything was basic but clean. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Victoria station (coach, Gatwick express train and tube). If you have mobility issues this hotel is not for you as there are no lifts and the breakfast area is down a flight of stairs. Our only complaint, there was no hot water for our morning shower.

Location was very good, near Victoria station. Hotel was acceptable for a budget hotel. No elevator but hotel clerk carried my bag up and down the stairs for me. He also flagged a taxi for me, very helpful. It is an older hotel so all was good, buy a new rug going up the stairs would be good.

Personalen bra, rent rum och badrum. Men trapporna var hemska att gå i för en äldre person. Ingen hiss, snäva branta trappor och med resväska.

Ideal gelegen in der Nähe von der Victoria Station ist das Hotel sehr praktisch für einen Städtetrip. Von der Ausstattung ist es sehr basic aber man hat alles, was man braucht und muss nicht ein Vermögen für eine Übernachtung in London bezahlen. Das kleine Frühstück ist ganz praktisch, wenn einem Cornflakes, Joghurt und Toast mit süßen Aufstrichen genügen. Von den vielen Hotels in der Belgrave Road mit Sicherheit eines der besseren.

The hotel was within walking distance of most attractions. The light breakfast was just what we needed to get us going in the morning.

The location is convenient to Victoria Station. The room is cozy.
