地點方便，離Victoria站步行不到10分鐘。房間乾淨。

房間清潔，但很細。離火車站大約10分鐘步程。浴室無浴露，只有小肥皂。熱水瓶內發熱線生锈。早餐只有一部殼物機自己加牛奶，一部咖啡機，再加一人一盒仔乳酪。無升降機，要行長長的樓梯，行動不方便及有大件行李者請選擇其他酒店。

地點方便，距離Victoria station7-10分鐘路程，隔一條街有不少餐廳及1間大型超市，略嫌酒店早餐比較簡單，總括來說是一個好選擇。

由於沒有lift ,梯級比較窄，住高層拎大件及重的行李不太方便。早餐非常普通。清潔房間時發現門的安全鍊壞了主動修理好。地點非常方便及寧靜。

I live in Taiwan, certainly the booking is written in Chinese when I received the confirmation of booking from Hotels. com. But all the critical information such as booking no, hotel name, booking name and check in date were both written in English and Chinese. Strangely, the front desk said couldn’t help me to check in cause the information were not ALL in English since he didn’t know Chinese. I explained to him but no use! Finally, I got the room key after a hard bargaining and tolerated his impolite attitude. What a discrimination! I will not choose this Hotel again.

The family type rooms are suitable for sleep, no much more space to locate 4 suitcases. Bathroom is also small.

房間雖少，尚算潔淨，尤其新装修浴室，只是花洒水力太弱，好像是大部份英國酒店的通病，可能是省水原因。地點十分方便，7~8 分鐘腳程到Victoria 火車站，找吃的很方便。酒店早餐也算ok.

Just annoyed that cleaning staff used my personal item (perfume) and left the lid off, making it obvious that they had used it.

Small room but it all works well. Room with double bed but still space to put your case. The wall mounted fan and coffee maker appreciated. Very small bathroom but just big enough. Unusually friendly reception. Good location 5 mins from Victoria Station with local bars, shops, and restaurants. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much.

The location is good, the staff is friendly, but I definitely didn't like the cleaning of the room, the condition of the carpets, etc. The room was also really hot inside.

Excelente tudo, principalmente a equipe muito atenciosa e a localização, muito próximo da estação Victoria Street de trem. O Big bus passa na avenida ao lado da estação . Nota 10. Eu recomendo

Clean room Good staff Shop near by

Clean room. Staff very helpful when I asked to change room from top floor to lower floor. Affordable price for the area. Only negative was no AC in the heat of the summer, but you can open the window and use the fan in the room to make it tolerable during the day.

It was an affordable option for our family of 5 in London. Very basic but perfect for our needs as didn’t spend much time in the room. It was hot in the heat wave but there were fans to try to keep it as cool as possible.

Simple, central, clean—everything you could ask for for a weekend trip to London!

Perfect stay for a couple of days. No air con but it wasn't needed even if it was hot. Close to Victoria Station so you can see everything you need

Stayed two nights. Nice beds, newly renovated bathrooms. Small room and bathroom, but ok if you only need it for sleep.
