The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more. Cafés, shops and the prom were all within a five-minute wander, keeping the whole trip refreshingly hassle-free.

We liked the location, a lot of steep stairs but manageable, we didnt like the shower no hot water,had to run it for ten minutes and the water pressure was so low you couldn't rinse off properly

Being able to have a breakfast included, but we knew this wasn't an option.
