The apartment was clean, tidy. A little but small.

While check in, reception said that the hotel was full, and told me go to their another nearly hotel, and just me the keys of the hotel. Then I took my luggage to find the hotel. I used 5 mins to find the hotel, but no reception and there was not the room number! I took the luggage back to the original hotel and compain. The reception once again gave me another hotel room key and I had my room.

The website and the hotel didn't disclosure that the room is at basement. Very bad business model. It happened twice in this website while our stay in London in late May 2017. Hotel.com should do a much much better disclosure for guests.l 這個網站和這家飯店於訂房時，未說明房間在地下室。非常惡劣的經營模式。

Nice room but tired and there was dried blood on the bathroom floor but for the price can't really be too picky

Great location very close to Kings Cross station. Check in was via the hospital next door and was easy enough. Overall hotel is tired and grubby - there were piles of dirty linen on each floor by the stairs when we arrived at 9pm.

It was a nightmare, there are bedbugs in the bedroom, kitchen doesn’t work, WiFi was impossible to connect, there was a leak in the bathroom, the staff solved using a can beneath, the third floor without elevator if you Bring luggage is an important issue. the hotel is very old the floor is really noisy and is lifting up

Bien localisé, près de king's cross et saint Pancras. Metro, bus pour l'aéroport et pour Harry Potter studio juste à côté. Parfait pour visiter Londres. La chambre pour 4 avec deux grands lits était confortable mais la salle de bain vraiment minuscule et pas bien propre au niveau de la douche et rideau de douche. Notre chambre était juste à côté de la porte d'entrée alors beaucoup de bruit quand les gens claquent la porte pour la fermer. J'ai bien apprécié mon séjour quand même.

Kleines Zimmer, gutes Bett, sehr ruhig trotz der Nähe zu den grossen Bahnhöfen, gutes Wifi. Kein grosser Komfort, aber alles, was es für eine Übernachtung braucht. Sehr gute Lage für Reisen von/nach den Bahnhöfen Kings Cross, St. Pancras oder Euston. Schade, dass kein Frühstück angeboten wird.

I stayed there for one night because I had an early-morning train from King's Cross. This place has the smallest rooms I've seen. They've squeezed in every millimetre of accommodation space: the shower is over the toilet, the bed occupies so much of the room there's barely space for a backpack (certainly not for a suitcase), the halls are narrower than a normal person's shoulders. The reception desk is three buildings away. It's clean and the receptionist is professional, but the building is ridiculously cramped.

Tres bien situe. Personel devoue et sympatique. Atyentig a nos demandes. C'etait notre 2e sejour a cet hotel.

The room was what was expected for the star rating and price. Basic but most importantly clean and comfortable. My friends and I would stay there again.

We actually dealt with the Hotel Melville. There are many small hotels all in a row next to each other, all near the King's Cross train station, and some of them seem related to each other, perhaps under the same administration or ownership. As we were four persons with a lot of baggage, we were actually assigned a place around the corner called Flat No. 1. The staff were very considerate in putting us there, because we needed the room. The flat was in the basement but had its own entrance by a stairway down from the street and was huge. We had two bedrooms with two double beds. The bedding was fresh and clean and the beds comfortable. The flat appeared to be freshly cleaned as well as possible. There was also a kitchen with a long computer workstation with lots of plug-ins, and there were lots of various kinds of outlets in the bedrooms. The only complaints were that there seemed to be a small amount of mold around the light fixture in the bathroom, which was otherwise well cleaned, and the kitchen faucet dripped. On the whole, however, it was a nice place for tired travelers.
