Lovely host.tasty breakfast.clean room.good area for transport and attractions.Winston the chocolate labrador and Maple the rescue provided the entertainment and managed to put a smile on my face.will come back again

At center of train station,beaches and recreation center

The property was pretty central, walking distance to eateries and shops, good parking. Stuart was very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was your choice, plentiful, freshly cooked and my room was spotless, cosy bed and hot shower. I liked it a lot.

An amazing place to stay in Isle of White. Great hospitality by Stuart and Angella. They are always there to help. The overall place has a very homely wibe to it. The included breakfast is a delight and is served with a lot of love and affection. The in house pets Winston and Mable(dogs) and Spark(cat) are a great company on a unwinding vacation. The rooms are lovely and appropriately sized. The location is very near to Sandown railway station and Sandown high street. Quite a few nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner options. Overall a great value for money option.

Fantastic location to use as a base for the rest of the island. Breakfast was outstanding. The kids loved Winston more than anything.

Owners were fab! I had an issue whilst there due to being on call with work and had to change dates last minute. They were super helpful! Lovely place and super, super clean!! Room was huge too, Will definitely be back.

Our third trip here and it’s brilliant every time

This was our second time staying at Fernside and yet again we had a fantastic time! We were in the smaller family room this time but it was still plenty of space for me and my two children. The only downside is the WiFi is too weak to connect iPads / kindle for when they just want to chill but other than that it was spotless and comfy! The breakfast as always was excellent and my kids love the different choices they can have each day (so do I!!). The highlight for my two as always was Winston & Mabel. Such lovely dogs and Stuart & Angela are just fantastic! Looking forward to coming back in Aug 2022!
